This beautiful home features a very spacious split floor plan, offering 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths! With a large living room, you can easily entertain or just lay back and relax. Clean, spacious place in a nice neighborhood. Especially appreciated the comfortable bed, pillows and couch. Back yard is beautiful, and the pool is great. Property owner was also very quick to respond to a question we had. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!!

This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and close to all of the places you'd need to get to (markets, etc.). The pool was lovely and the yard is completely fenced in, which was great for our dog as she was able to run around safely. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Our stay was perfect in this beautiful home ! Home was well equipped and bed was comfy .Really enjoyed the outdoor area and heated pool.Had a great fenced in area for our furry friend Buddee.Enjoyed the nice neighborhood on morning and evening walks.Buddee made friends with some of our neighbors 😀 Will definitely stay in this home again !! Relaxing and Fun!

We loved staying at this property - it was very clean and had all the things we would need to cook at home most of the time. Our family LOVED the pool! There are also several beaches within short driving distance. We went to Fort Meyers, Cape Coral Beach, Captiva Beach, Bowman's and Lighthouse beaches while there. :)

Wonderful house

Kevin met us at the house and walked through it with us to show us how to use things. The house was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. Kevin checked in to make sure we had what we needed. It was great. I would come back and next time bring my grandkids.

Paradise

Wonderful. The pool is heated and has steps to shallow end. Deep end is 6 foot. House was comfortable, with separated master and children's/ guests bed rooms. We were very lucky with warm weather for January and February. Shopping was convenient. We could get anything we needed without having to go on a highway. Neighborhood was very nice and friendly. I hope we can return in the future.

Fernando & Paula are TERRIFIC Hosts! Responded quickly to a couple minor glitches with cable tv connection. Nice property in convenient location. About 35 minutes to Ft Myers Airport & 45 minutes to Punta Gorda Airport. I'm a former VRBO landlord and this property is well maintained. Kevin is the manager and he responds promptly. Cheers! Nice and relaxing

The house is exactly as represented online. It was clean and the pool was great. The owners were very responsive during the booking and Kevin met us at the home when we arrived and answered any questions we had. The area is nice and neighbors were friendly. We rented the house as we were house hunting in Florida. Overall, the house suited our needs. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows and bedding in master.

Home very clean, broker so kindly and even i left something in home they ship me with no cost my stuff. Honestly one of my kids best vacation they had. Very nice neighborhood. Don’t forget take bikes. We love it.

Great Florida vacation
