As you walk into the home you will be welcomed into the open-concept living area. The modern-styled kitchen has stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops, perfect for prepping meals for the whole family. Have the seat at the breakfast bar and plan out the day, or enjoy a snack before heading out to a theme park. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to come together and watch a TV show. The dining table has room for 12, perfect for a family-style get together.

Walk onto the private patio to your own screened-in pool with a spillover spa. Relax in a sun lounger or take a dip to cool off. There is an outdoor dining table so you can dine under the stars. Stay entertained with the built-in TV, or grill some lunch on the BBQ. If you have little ones, there is a safety fence that can be set up as well.

RENTAL POLICY:
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
If the number of persons in this home exceeds 20 at any point in time, including day time visitors, a mandatory security deposit of $1,000 will be required. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancellation of the reservation.
