This popular holiday escape is set in the heart of Terrigal, only 300 metres to Terrigal beach a 7-minute stroll to the shopping Esplanade. Terrigal Beach Spa & Retreat has everything you need for the ultimate beachside holiday. This stylish refurbished townhouse features ducted air conditioning, private spa, Bose surround sound, Platinum Foxtel, and North-Easterly courtyard complete with gas BBQ to keep everyone relaxed and entertained. Terrigal Beach Spa & Retreat is close to cafes, shopping and the water, yet far removed from the noise. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, walk-in robe, balcony and en suite with a shower. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds, while bedroom 3 contains a tri-bunk.

- Living space contains a plasma TV, DVD/CD player, Platinum Foxtel, Bose surround sound; WiFi

- Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, gas cook top, fridge + ice maker, microwave; dining seats 8

LINEN: Linen is not included at this property. BYO sheets, pillowslips & bathroom linen. However, there is a local linen hire shop in Terrigal.

SECURITY BOND: A security bond of $600 is required for this this property is $600. Bond is returned once the property has been cleaned and inspected for damages.

OUR LOVELY HOLIDAY HOME IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Bookings are NOT accepted from schoolies, OR teenagers, OR groups of young men OR where the youngest guest is under 27 years (UNLESS as part of a booking by a family group, a couple or multiple couples). Visitors or "drop-ins" are NOT permitted at any time during a stay. The townhouse is NOT available for functions or gatherings including hens or bucks celebrations. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply and the Security Bond will be automatically forfeited.

Wonderful getaway
The house was lovely and had all the amenities we required especially the use of the spa. Cindy the cleaner made it very welcoming for us also.Communication with the owner was easy and we had no communication issues throughout our stay. The house is located in prime location to the shops, eateries and beaches. We would definitely return again, and I would recommend a stay at Terrigal Retreat & Spa

Great place in fabulous location with short distance walk to Terrigal shops and cafes. Down stairs area was lovely and given lots of rain during our short stay appropriated access to Netflix. Upstairs carpet/walls could do with some TLC… paint and re carpeting would make this place top notch

We had a lovely two nights at the property. Loved the spa in the evening and the kids had a great time exploring the rooms upstairs. Air con and fans were also well apprciated in the unseasonably warm weather. Communciation was fantastic and even took a late phone call to help us out, thanks!

Nice place to stay
We enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and comfortable. It's near the beach and an easy walk into town. The kids also loved the ice dispenser. Highly recommended.

Good for families
A decent sized clean house with stairs, perfect for families. My kids aged 2,9 and 11 loved going up and down the stairs all weekend. They also enjoyed the spa. The leather couches and glass dinner table were easy to wipe down when they made a mess. The fridge with ice dispenser and cold water was also well loved. The house had everything we needed and was in a good location in Terrigal - close to beach and shops.

Perfect for our needs
We had a basketball tournament at Breakers Indoor Sports stadium and looked for a place close by to come and go over 3 days between games - this place was perfect - only a 4 min easy drive which allowed for rest, showers, and food breaks! Good condition, clean, enough space for myself and my son (but could accommodate 2-3 more). You do have to bring your own sheets and blankets. Place is quiet with no real neighbours and on a quiet street. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly allowing us to have an extended check out time, and he was great at communicating with me throughout answering all my questions right away. We didn’t go to the beach so can’t comment on the distance there. But for our purpose this place was perfect!

Amazing weekend at this beautiful location. The girls and I loved how quiet it was, the house was perfect with everything we needed. We also loved that it was walking distance to Terrigal and the local pub. Would highly recommend anyone staying here.

It had everything we could want
We loved this place. It was spacious, especially for the two of us, but would comfortably fit a family of 6. The kitchen had all the mod cons incl. big fridge/freezer and pantry. Free Netflix and 2 big leather lounges to relax on. There is a spa bath in the bathroom plus a big, warm outside jacuzzi that was very relaxing for two (but could easily fit 6). The walk to Terrigal beach and shops/ restaurants was about ten minutes so very convenient location in quiet street. Parking in driveway right near front door. Good air-cond. The only thing we needed to bring was our own sheets & towels incl. bathroom floor mats & facewashers. Owner gave us flexibility with check in and out time. We would be happy to go there again soon.

THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING AND THE PROPERTY HAS ITS OWN GARAGE.
