The Cabin is Set On 5 Acres of Land. Retreat to the Country With Modern Comfort. There Are Two Bedrooms; One Room Has One Queen Sized Bed and the Other Has Two Twin Beds. a Full Kitchen With Dining Area Provides All the Space You Need to Stock Food and Prepare Meals. the Living Room Has a Gas Operated Fireplace Surrounded by Comfortable Seating. There is a Tv and Dvd Player in the Living Room, satellite TV and internet . The Basement Has an Air HickeyTable, Dart Board, game table and games. The Front Porch Has Rocking Chairs to Sit and Enjoy the Scenery and Look at the Hills and Wildlife. the Back of the Cabin Has an All Season Room Heading Out Onto the Back Deck and Hot Tub Area.
outdoors is a Large Yard for Entertainment - Football, Whiffle Ball, Soccer, Etc.. There is an Outdoor Charcoal Grill and a Fire Pit. Across the Road is More Land and Access to the Creek.
LOCATION: Rexville, NY is south of Rochester and Buffalo close to the Pennsylvania border. About 20 miles south of Hornell, NY and 20 miles east of Wellsville, NY.

The perfect Cabin

For what we wanted a base camp travel to and from and return to the most relaxing place with our own hot tub fire and barbecue pit it’s what you should you deserve as well. Great responsive host Dan. No worries just enjoy

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin is so beautiful, cozy, immaculate and overall awesome. The pictures don't do it any justice. The fireplace was my favorite part. I also enjoyed sitting by the firepit and the front porch while drinking our coffee and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. The check-in and out process was easy. The instructions as to what is expected of you as the guess is easy to understand and not trouble at all.

Great place to get away

The cabin is a great place to get getaway. Everything is there to cook any meal you want, the hot tub is awesome and its only 30 minutes away from the store. Will be renting again

Perfect Weekend Away

This cabin is so charming and cozy. It was nice to be greeted by a warm fire and beautiful stone mantle in the living room on arrival. I spent quite a bit of time in the rocker, reading and sipping my coffee. My daughter enjoyed having a separate space in the loft and basement. The beds were so comfortable and lots of extra blankets available. It’s apparent the hosts care about their guest’s experience. Their communication was prompt and instructions for the hot tub use and check in/out process simple and easy to follow. They had plenty of clean towels, a well-appointed kitchen for cooking, and games to make us feel at home. We REALLY enjoyed the hot tub! It was 18 degrees outside and perfect. The area is private and well-lit. The whole property is very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be back when the weather is a little warmer to enjoy the big front porch, fire pit, and explore the creek. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great relaxation trip

My husband and I came for a few days to relax and unwind and this place was absolutely perfect for it. Read a book by the fire and relaxed in the hot tub. Cant wait to come back!

Perfect getaway

This house was so cute and perfect. The pictures didn't due it justice. Very homie and had everything you needed. Hot tub was perfect! Love that it have its own gazebo and the back yard and fire place was beautiful. The beds were comfy and the games, puzzles, and movies were a nice added touch. It is truly the perfect getaway cabin.

Perfect cabin get a way!

This cabin had everything we wanted for our week long anniversary get-a way! The cabin was spotless and provided all the necessary things to enjoy the week! The best part was the hot tub and outside fire pit provided with wood to burn. Very cozy and we were there at the perfect time for the amazing Northern Lights spectacle!! Gorgeous! Forever will remember that! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin! Would love to come back

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed for the weekend for our anniversary. Very peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. Thought it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere there is still a lot to do within a couple hours of the cabin. There was a book that had all the info you need on the closest restaurants, stores, and things to do, which we thought was a nice touch. The hot tub was nice and very relaxing. Definitely plan on booking this one again.
