we stayed here for five nights. 2 min. walk to main street, post office, train station, aldi, coles, woolies and lots of cafes bakeries etc... loved it all. very nice apartment

Accommodation Review
The property is relatively new, clean, and has good security. The parking however, is a little tight for large vehicles. The location is near the centre of Bentleigh, close to shops and transport.

Rooms hot-insufficient linen-had to tequest soap
Aircon in main room doesn’t service the bedrooms at night. No top sheets provided just a heavy quilt - too hot to sleep. Two bedrooms, ywo double beds, really sleeps two couples not six. When we arrived no soap, no bath mats, no soap provided. Details said iron and ironing board but that was wrong.

Quiet, comfortable and tidy apartment, well situated for travel into the city.
When I asked the host to provide extra kitchen items (T-towels, bin bags, etc.), the response was very quick and the items were delivered. The bathrooms were spotless and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. I took the time to give the host a lot of positive feedback and suggestions where the visitor experience could be improved, all of which was taken on board. My only issues were with the kitchen where some cupboards and drawers were not quite so clean and unfortunately when I arrived the oven door was broken. The host was quick to get someone in to try and fix it, but it remained out of action as it needed replacing - not the host's fault. However, under these circumstances, I would expect to be offered some compensation, but this has not been forthcoming a month since my visit.
