Plenty of space throughout the property for a large group to still have our privacy. The only thing to note is the downstairs bedroom can get quite cold compared to the upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and was perfect for our weekend down in Narooma.

It has lovely views and outside deck. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house was spotlessly clean. Only little negative was it smelt a bit musty downstairs only. Would not stop us from staying again, easily fixed.

Fantastic views over Dalmeny
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house with fantastic views from two of the bedrooms and the deck. We'd definitely stay here again. The house sleeps 10 comfortably. We would recommend to move the bunks to downstairs and the twin singles upstairs to spread the occupants out a little and improve functionality so that the bathrooms can cater better for occupants but that's such a minor thing. We didn't bring our dog but was surprised that the house allows dogs but then has strict rules about keeping it downstairs, where there is no living spaces. That would not work for us as our fur baby is a firm family member. The deck could use some shade as well. NONE of these things affected our stay which as I said was great. These are just suggestions to make it awesome !

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property should not be advertised a Pet Friendly.Dogs not permitted upstairs, only permitted under stairs or in Laundry. We spent our time sleeping downstairs to be with our very attached very well house trained dogs. Not a good experience as the views are only available upstairs.
