Located in a very quiet area located on a hill, 5 minutes by car from the city of NICE, (possibility of walking by a 10-minute path), 15 minutes from NICE airport. We are located 10 minutes from the beaches of Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, 40 minutes from MONACO and CANNES
