New house in Costa do Sol Condominium, Guaratuba beach - Bertioga (KM 200 Rio Santos).
Accommodation for 16 people with 4 suites. toilet and bathroom near the pool, pool in masonry, barbecue, spaces for 5 cars, fridge, freezer and kitchen utensil.
Located on the north coast of Sao Paulo near the condominium Riviera de Sao Lourenco and Boraceia Beach. The house is located in a quiet area near the beach and the Guaratuba River in preserved Atlantic rainforest environment.

Guaratuba beach is clean and usually does not receive many visitors. In its 8 km length, the traveler is surprised by its white sand and crystal clear water, to the north of the beach, there is the meeting of the sea with the Guaratuba River. It then forms a kind of natural pool, surrounded by the forest of Restinga State Park. This way, the visitor has two options to take a dip.
