Clam Digging, Beachcombing, Boardwalk, Go-Karts, Putt-Putt golf, Theater and Downtown are all just steps away! Our Townhome is a Beautiful, 3 Bedroom, 2-1/2 Bath Townhouse. We provide satellite TV and Wi-Fi with Netflix. It Features a Large Open Kitchen/dining/living Area With a Wide, Unobstructed View of the Ocean. Location can't be beat. It is a Short 5 Minute Walk to the Beach and Boardwalk and Also Just One Block From the Center of Downtown Long Beach and Its Shops, Bakery and Restaurants. The Ground Floor Has a Deep, 2 Car Garage, Washer/dryer, Ping-pong Table and Foosball Table. Large Gas Grill Also For Your Use. On the Second Floor There Are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The Third Floor is the Main Living/Kitchen/Dining Area With Another 1/2 Bath.
The Wide, Unobstructed Ocean View from the Main Living Room is Beautiful. There is a Deck Off the Living Room and You Can Sit Outside and watch the kites or fishing boats, then watch the Beautiful Sun Set Over the Ocean. The Home is Furnished for Comfort With a Large, Comfy Sectional Sofa That Has a Pull Out Full Bed, Big Comfortable Chairs, As Well As a new 70" SMART TV and Blue-ray DVD Player.

We love our family and spending time together. We have 3 grown sons and a grandson. Long Beach is a special place to have some fun, relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean, with family and friends. We feel a special connection to this unique little town as this was "The Beach" for Ron growing up. This is where his family came as his grandparents and other family members have always owned homes in the area. Things we love to do here are clam digging, watch fireworks on the 4th of July and on New Year's Eve, walk on the beach and boardwalk, ride the bumper cars and go-carts, visit the nearby lighthouses, take a drive to Oysterville and of course visit the bakery and the many restaurants nearby. We want others to experience all that Long Beach and the Peninsula have to offer. We hope you can come and spend some time here. Ron & Beth Holmes

This is a rare property that is in the heart of downtown Long Beach, just 1 block off the main street while also having an unobstructed view of the ocean. The beach and boardwalk is a short walk and you can quickly walk to the bakery, restaurants, shops and rides.
