ZipHaus has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with the master suite on the main floor. The master has incredible views of the valley and Mt. Hood, a king bed, walk-in closet and a private full bath. The upstairs has two bedrooms (one king, one queen), two twin beds tucked into the wall of the TV room (which has a 55" flat screen, Dish and Roku), and another full bath. There's a half bath on the main floor off the laundry room. There's also a Pak N' Play and a booster style high chair for littler guests.
The kitchen is roomy and open to the dining and living rooms. It has plenty of storage and a large island with seating for four. The dining room seats six with room to spare and has fantastic views of Mt. Hood and the Valley. The living room features a gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen television, and double glass doors to the front deck. There's WiFi throughout the house. A gas grill on the back patio is available for your use, and the front deck is a relaxing place to enjoy the views with a cup of coffee or a glass of local beer or wine.
Hood River is an outdoor sporting mecca – bicycling, wind surfing, hiking, skiing, kayaking, SUP and just about any other snow or water sport you can think of! Our garage is perfect for storing all of your outdoor gear.
Located just five minutes off I-84, ZipHaus has easy access to the Fruit Loop, Mosier Twin Tunnels, the Whoopdee Trail for hiking and mountain biking, and great cycling routes right out the front door. In the winter, you're just 30-40 minutes from world class downhill skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows, miles of cross-country skiing at Teacup Lake and Cooper Spur Mountain (along with some easy downhill runs), sledding at Little Jon and White River Sno Parks, and miles and miles of snowshoeing.
