Large elevated open plan house with skyline views from Burleigh to Southport. Fully tiled throughout with modern kitchen. Two bathrooms. All bedrooms have built ins and ceiling fans. Air conditioning in main living area. 3 large outdoor entertaining areas poolside, with tranquil courtyard western side, elevated deck with outdoor dinning and breakfast bar overlooking GC coast skyline. Swimming pool fully fenced with pool slide. Large kids fort. 2 LCD TVs + DVD, Wii console and Board games.
House is conveniently located to all game venues with Carrara stadium holding the opening ceremony only 25 min walk or 5 min drive. The Motorway is 2 min drive away giving you easy access to Coolangatta, Brisbane and the theme parks. Broadbeach 10kms with access to light rail and Surfers Paradise precinct. There is a bus stop at the end of the accessing street that can take you to the Aquatic Centre.
