Modern Manhattan Beach House - Steps to the Beach and world class surfing!

Due to Coronavirus we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize with the utmost care! Our cleaners will be wearing masks and gloves for cleaning and using products with bleach to sanitize all surfaces. We will also be washing and drying all linens on the hottest settings. We will provide cleaning wipes and for guest use.

Chic and comfortable bests describes this wonderful Manhattan Beach duplex, located in the sand section of Manhattan Beach. Once you are here there is no reason to get in your car, everything you need to enjoy your stay is a short walk away - restaurants, shops, surf rentals, health & beauty facilities and the beautiful beach just outside your door!

Newly renovated and furnished with all the modern amenities, this unit accommodates sleeping for up to 3 people. (2 adults 1 child under 15) 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Living room and dining area, outdoor patio & dining area, fully stocked kitchen (no food of course). Bedroom is adorned with beautiful bedding, TV's, AC, Ceiling fan, mirrored closet and storage for your stuff The outdoor patio has a table with plenty of seating, an easy to use BBQ with propane tank.
No parking spot is provided for the unit, but there is free street parking within blocks and metered parking out front that is free 8 pm to 8 am.
Washer and dryer (shared), High Speed 5G Wifi, Cable and Streaming Services included.
Beach gear (beach towels, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas etc.) and cleaning supplies are all provided. All you need is your toothbrush!

Great little beach stay!
Loved this property. Only a few blocks from the beach and close to Two Guns coffee which became my go-to. Also Wild Cafe is really good too. Stacey and Aida were great and made check-in easy. Good for 1-2 people; everything was well-appointed and the bedroom was quiet. Highly recommend!

The unit is small but works perfectly for a girls weekend enjoying the beach and all the shops and restaurants close by and within walking distance. Very clean unit with nice bedding and plenty of towels and beach gear to use. Hosts were so nice to work with. Would do this again in a heartbeat!

Stacey and Julie couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and convenient to the ocean, shops and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if available.

Cool little place
This apartment is small, but had everything we needed: toaster oven, french press, microwave, mini fridge, mini oven/stove, utensils, dishes, and a few pans. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning unit kept the bedroom nice and cool. The shower is very small and the counter space is limited, but it’s a cute place. The patio is right up next to the parking spot and there isn’t a view of the water from the unit. Also, if you want to use the grill it’s on a shared patio on the other side of the building. The location, however, is great. We were able to walk all over Manhattan Beach with this rental as our home base. There’s a coffee shop, restaurants, and shopping right around the corner. For those unfamiliar with this particular beach, it may be good to know that the majority of the hotels and rental properties (including this one) are a couple of blocks from the beach and that the routes to the beach are pretty steep. We were overall very happy with this rental unit and would recommend it for one or two people maximum.

Great location in Manhattan beach, close to shops & restaurants and only a short walk to the beach.
We love the LA beaches and value for money for this apartment and it’s location is great versus a hotel in the area. The apartment is small but perfectly formed for 2 people, with a modern contemporary feel and all facilitates you would expect. Stacey and Julie were great hosts who gave us access to their garage to store bikes and use of their washing machine and tumble drier. All in all, a great apartment in a great location - would throughly recommend for a trip to Manhattan beach.

Looks Can Be Deceiving
Was in transition for work and needed somewhere to stay for a few days and stumbled upon Stacy's listing. The place appeared small, but figured it was only a couple of days and I would be okay. To my surprise, the place was actually a lot more spacious than anticipated, the location was fantastic, and the host incredibly helpful and kind. Ended up staying a few months instead of a few days. The location: downtown manhattan beach is a small bike ride or walk, plenty to do, whole foods and other grocery stores are a couple miles away, the beach is a steps away. Really a great place. Couldn't have been happier with my choice.

Location, Location, Location!!!!
Great location! I Spent 5 weeks at this property. I wanted sun, sand and surf and that's what I got. Stacey and Julie were awesome hosts, providing recommendations on restaurants and sites to see. The small one bedroom was perfect for my winter get away. The property was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It was super convenient having a washer/dryer on site. It's a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. The convenience of the bike path made for an easy ride to Redondo, Hermosa, Venice and Santa Monica. Although I had access to a car, I rarely needed it. The Manhattan Beach Pier (shopping and restaurants) is just under a mile away. Major shopping and the movie theater in El Segundo is about a mile. I had a great stay!

Great Value / Great Location
This was a perfect home base for our long weekend getaway. You can't beat the location - minutes from LAX a block (or two) from Manhattan Beach. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was efficient and comfortable. We loved that we could easily walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. Hollywood, Los Angeles, Point Vicente, USS Battleship Iowa were all within quick access of this location. We made the most of our stay and have happy memories.

Amazing long-term stay in South Bay
We stayed four months at this rental and we had a great time making it our home during that time. Stacey is an incredible person to have as a landlord and we've never had someone as nice and as accommodating as him. It felt like we knew him for years. He made us very comfortable! He would check on us every once in a while to make sure we were doing okay or if we needed anything. The location is great! The beach is down the street and we spent a lot of time looking at the waves or take walks after a busy day. Also, there are a lot of stores nearby so we never had to drive much to shop or eat. The area is the best area we've ever stayed in South Bay. We always looked forward to the Farmer's Market every Tuesday (can easily walk to it). The rental is very modern and had everything we needed. We loved being able to have a washer and dryer right outside the back door. The kitchen might look small, but we didn't have no problem cooking meals. We were easily able to pull off a Thanksgiving meal! Now for sure, we are never staying in a hotel in South Bay. I'll be calling Stacey.
