Great ocean view getaway

Epic view, comfortable stay
View of the bay from the comfort of the property was excellent. Location is quiet, yet only 5mins by car to Victor and PtElliot. Enclosed courtyard and secure backyard was handy for the dog. Property is perfect for a small family or couple.

Great seaside location
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location with sea views. Able to walk out the front door onto grass for the kids play area and short walk down to the beach. Property was basic but well presented and had what we needed. Enclosed backyard for the dog. Close to everything between Victor and Goolwa.

Fantastic
The views were to die for. It was close to everything the walks with my little dog Bella was fantastic. The place was bigger than I expected it had all I needed. It was a lovely 7 day's I didn't want to head home. I will definitely be back.

Over all the property was well maintained, some minor fixer uppers eg, the grill not working, back lounge room blind wouldn’t stay down, but this didn’t take away from our stay. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.. Being disabled I did find it hard with the shower being in the bath It was great to be able to take the dogs there as well All in all a most enjoyable stay

Old but loved
When a property is old, as this one is, you cannot expect 'perfection'. It was a lovely old beach shack and it had everything that I needed. Warm, comfortable and well equipped, I look forward to coming back next year. The dogs enjoyed the 'big back yard' as well as the isolation on the beach. An empty beach is wonderful and the stairs provided additional exercise to my walks on the beach. Thank you for sharing.

Great view!
Magnificent views from Pt Elliott to the Bluff. Looked v tired on the outside but comfortable on the inside. Western side fence had been demolished when we arrived which made it difficult for our dog Ruby but have notice recently a new fence has been installed.

Special week at Hayborough
The house is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the view of Encounter Bay, Granite Island, the coast to Victor Harbor and the Cockle train on it's regular passes. It is maintained in a clean and comfortable condition but the garden, which is well laid out, needs urgent attention. We had a relaxing and peaceful stay and will be considering a return next year. Amazing views
Amazing ocean views my family and I had a great time despite having a few incidents at night. First night a bin full of rubbish was thrown into the back yard and the second night there was a loud bang on the window and sauce was thrown all over the front windows which ruined the stunning ocean views . However the property manger promptly cleaned it when reporting it in the morning. Despite the nighttime incidents we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Position of property is good
Stale smell for 4 days, need to be open prior to people staying. Bathroom cold tap to hard to reach when having a bath, you need to be tall not short. Back door going out to the beach is very hard to open towards the stairs

Great as usual!
We have now stayed five times, and have really enjoyed each stay. The view is to die for; accommodation comfortable; lots of privacy and as an added bonus a very pretty garden. Cocker spaniel Rossi also loves it!

Gorgeous Views/Comfortable Accommodation
Lovely and relaxing accommodation with special ocean views. Not five star ammenities but that is reflected in the rate. The family (including the doggies) enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.
