Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full, 2 single beds) and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Can occupy a family of nine. Guest supplies sheets and towels soaps and paper products, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchse for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Regular drip coffee maker.
The building offers indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room and game room for the kids.
The building is located mid-town OC on 48th street. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday all season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
