Beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment on the fifth floor, to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Located in block 301.

LIVING ROOM - with 45-inch panel and TV, 2-seater sofa, rug, decorative pictures, corner lamp. Dining room with table with 4 seats for meals and breakfast. Shutter on every glass wall to make the room more cozy, corner lamp, 02 support chairs.
BALCONY - large with protection screen, with beautiful views of the Águas Claras park.
COUPLE ROOM - It has a Queen Size bed with a very good mattress, 02 lamps for reading at the head of the bed, very large and super shared wardrobes, window blinds, we provide excellent quality bed and bath linen, humidifier available to refresh the room. It has protection screen.
SINGLE ROOM - It has 02 single box beds, small table with lamp between the beds, very large and super shared wardrobes, decorative frames, window blinds, super powerful floor fan to cool the room, we provide excellent bed and bath linen qualities. It has protection screen.
KITCHEN - complete with granite countertops, cabinets with plenty of space, with dish drainer, place for broom and squeegee and cleaning supplies, 5-burner stove with automatic ignition, extractor fan, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, Duplex refrigerator, microwave, complete kitchen utensils, cookware set with pressure cooker. In addition to 08 wine glasses, 08 glasses for juices and water, set of pots, cutlery, tapware, set for groceries, etc.
SERVICE AREA - We have dishwasher tank, hanging clothesline and washing machine of 12Kg used, big window and very well ventilated to dry clothes.
BATHROOM - complete with sink, mirror cabinet, luxury shower, hygienic shower, trash can, decorative pictures, excellent shower, well ventilated.
