Delightful beach property. Just steps to the white sandy beaches with no streets to cross. Enjoy the surf, paddle boarding, fishing or just relax and watch the most beautiful sunsets you can possibly imagine.

Property is totally renovated. New kitchens, baths, furnishings and freshly painted inside and out. Location is within walking distance to the most popular restaurants. Public trolley stop is located in front of property making it easy to visit Clearwater Beach to St. Petersburg without the hassle of driving and parking. Indian Rocks Beach is such a tranquil beach community. As soon as you arrive you can't help but feel all your stresses drift away. The water, the sun, long walks in the white sand and end your day watching the beautiful sunset.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was clean and comfortable. Anything we needed was provided by the vrbo. It was so nice to be so close to the beach. The property owner was very responsive. The code was not changed to our requested number but there was a deadbolt to lock at night so that is ok.

Special getaway

Such a nice stay for a short getaway. Perfect location, steps from the beach. Could walk to many restaurants. House was spotless and comfortable. Will definitely be returning.

Mostly great but a few real issues

I’d like to say that we had a lovely time and the location was amazing and it was a cute unit. However there were a few concerns I’ll bring up. The biggest concern we had was the bed. Not only was it literally the hardest mattress we have ever attempted to sleep on, but it was advertised as a Queen Size bed, but it wasn’t. We have a queen at home and the moment we went to bed we fell on top of each other. So that plus the stiffness made our first night painful and sleepless. So I improvised and took the super soft queen size mattress off the couch bed and used it as a pillow top. That made it much better. However, the first thing you will notice if you do this, you’ll notice that the queen hide a bed mattress hangs over on both side by 3 inches. Also I would include a dish cleaning brush and a broom so we could clean easier. A minor issue was that the beach chairs have a ton or rust which kept coming off and making the place dirty. Otherwise we loved the spot and the neighborhood.

Ideal location!

We just love IRB and this sweet little gem of a condo is perfectly situated ~ steps to the beach, and a fantastic array of great seafood restaurants a short walk away! You really have no need for a car - the trolley will take you north and south if you want to explore. The condo was cute & cozy and just right for 2 people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, you can grill on the back patio, and we often ate outside under the Tiki hut. Comfy couch and bed, hot water with great pressure, and we especially appreciated the beach chairs & umbrellas. We WILL return!

It was nice, clean, cozy. All the amenities worked had a nice little cabana out front to sit in very close to the beach, easy walking distance. restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Indian Rocks Property

Very clean property. Convenient location. 40 steps to beach with dedicated parking lot. Only issue was on departure day the property manager used the washer / dryer all day for washing linens, etc. that prevented us from being able to use them.

AMAZING! 100% COMING BACK

We LOVED our stay here! Location is AMAZING, right on the beach & within walking/driving distance of tons of restaurants. Check-in was easy and the place was super clean. They provided chairs/umbrellas/towels for the beach which was awesome. Loved our stay and plan on coming back!

The cabin was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Smelled good too. Good WiFi Steps away from the beach

We arrived on a Thursday and departed Monday. Wish we would would have stayed longer. The beach really is just yards away. Cabin was completely stocked with what you need when away from home. Pots, pans, utensils, hairdryer. Even some beach chairs. Only small criticism I have is there are no clocks or a way to tell time. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway!

This is such a perfect little place to stay. Just north of town but within walking distance of pretty much everything you'd need. The best part was how close we were to the beach! Adrienne (property manager) was very helpful and fun to just sit an talk to. The Ocean Breeze Inn is its own little beachside community I only wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you for such a fun and relaxing stay!

Great stay steps from the beach

This place was clean, roomy, and in a great location. I was a little concerned because I didn't hear anything from the property manager or owner in the weeks leading up to my stay, but I found that I had everything I needed for checking in from months before. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, and parking was very convenient. The place was fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen plus 2 beach chairs and extra beach towels. The proximity to the beach access is great, and there are a few bars and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. I would enjoy staying here again!

Management needs people skills

As we walked in the door our first impression was good. The place is cuter in person. But as we walked around the place to get settled in we noticed a few things things that didn’t set well with me. The first thing was in the bathroom. There black oil/grease on the toilet. Not just the lid but the seat as well as under the seat. There was also oil on the bathtub and on the toilet paper. We were told a few days later by management that there was some plumbing work that was done right before we arrived. When I told her about the oil/grease her comment was, “well that should explain it”. She did not apologize but blew it off. During the time of that conversation I also mentioned that we only had one dish towel. There was no dish cloth or sponge for washing dishes. It took her an additional 24 hours to get two dish towels to us and still no dish cloth. Although the tone and attitude she had during our conversation was unprofessional and rude, I let it go because after all, I’m on vacation and having a nice time with my husband. A few days later I noticed that we were running low on toilet paper and texted management and asked if we could get an extra roll to tie us over. Her first response was that the toilet paper we had already received was “complimentary”. Then she said she would look for a roll and try to bring it by but it wouldn’t be until later. Really?! That was ridiculous. Again, it was all in the delivery of her text. In all my time of coming to IRB I have encounter this rude kind of treatment. Maybe it’s because I’ve always dealt with the actual host and not management. Because of the poor management I will not be returning there.

I am a Florida native and have always enjoyed spending time at the beach with my three daughters and their families. (Four amazing grandchildren). Indian Rocks is a wonderful beach with all amenities in walking distance and yet a very laid back Key West type ambiance. So relaxing. The sunsets are beautiful and the surf is perfect for wading, playing in the water or looking for shells

Why they chose this property

The location of this property was the determining factor in purchasing the Gulf Breeze Inn. The kitchens and baths are all new as well as all the furnishings. The outside of the property has been updated and onsite parking is available. The property is located just steps from the sand. It has the old Florida beach feel and yet totally updated. The location can't be beat. It is walking distance to several popular restaurants and other services such as "corner store", hair salon and the marina is less than three miles away and golf is less than 5 miles away. It is truly wonderful and the best place to just get away from it all and totally relax.

Rates shown are for 1 bedroom units. The one bedroom units have queen size beds as well as a queen size pull out sofa in the living room The property also has a two bedroom cottage that sleeps 4.
