Pretty, colorful air-conditioned 3bed villa with pool above Long Bay. Fabulous views & family layout...Azure Vista is the home you wish you had on Tortola.....the views, the comfort and the pretty, tropical vibe combined with the proximity to gorgeous Long Bay Beach and its restaurants. With the recent (Aug 2021) installation of hi-speed fibre internet and TV, this can be your home away from home where you can also effectively and reliably work remotely.
The Main House is attractive and inviting from the driveway, it's pretty painted shutters complimenting the bright walls. To the right of the hallway a door leads to a relaxing and elegant king bedroom suite which offers light and airy decor, an ensuite bathroom with shower, built-in closets and idyllic views to wake up to at the foot of your king size bed.
Heading directly through the hallway you enter the heart of the villa, a lovely open plan living room/dining room/kitchen where everyone can hang out together comfortably. The decor has a tropical feel without being overpowering, the teak dining table and chairs seat 6 comfortably, as does a 2nd dining area on the fully screened porch that flows from the living room. The living room has a 50" flatscreen TV with FLOW Fibre Network and DVD player for that down time when you might want to just watch a movie or some sports. The kitchen is well equipped and organized with stainless steel appliances....a large gas range, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and the usual assortment of blender, toaster etc.
The pool deck is central to the property, and the Master Suite and 2nd Bedroom are in a 2nd pavilion above the pool.
The Master Suite is accessed by a short flight of stairs from the pool deck. It has its own porch with a couple of chairs, perfect for a morning cup of coffee...there is a king bed, built-in hardwood closets, 32" flatscreen and ensuite bathroom with Mexican tile and a refreshing outdoor stonewall favourite when in the Tropics!
The 2nd bedroom is adjacent to the Master Suite making it safe and convenient for young children to stay close to you. Alternatively, the door can be locked and this 3rd bedroom has its own separate entrance and a private sun deck area with a couple of loungers and a small table and chairs. The 3rd bedroom has a pretty queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, built-in closets and a convenience fridge, microwave and toaster oven.
Throughout the villa, you have the option of fully screened doors and powerful fans to keep cool, or turn on the AC in the warmer months.
You're definitely going to want to sit and enjoy the views at Azure Vista, fortunately you can do it from every room in the house, or from the pool fabulous pool is 26 long by 11 wide and 4.5 - 8ft deep, perfectly designed with a ledge that runs the length of the pool to sit and cool down with a book or a drink. Inviting sun-loungers offer relaxed comfort on the beautiful stone and brick deck that blends in with the natural habitat of the rocky hillside with the lush vegetation.
The villa is easily accessible by paved road above Long Bay Beach, but private and tucked into the hillside at the end of its convenient driveway with plenty of space for turning etc.
The house is equipped with wifi, an automatic-start generator, washer and dryer, pool noodles, beach chairs, a cooler and beach umbrella.
Tennis and pickle-ball courts are available to rent at Long Bay resort, just a couple of minutes drive from the villa.
*There's an additional charge of $50/nt for the pool heater which you may like during the winter months and is available on request.
