• NO AIR CONDITIONING: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans will be provided.
• PARKING: Limited to 3 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.
• DISCLOSURES: Garage does not have a lift motor so only opens manually. Home is equipped with an Electric Bear Wire Deterrent System that must be disengaged before entering.
The cabin has a newly built deck facing a forested lot out back, propane grill and single car garage. Great for economical family get-togethers. Guests can cozy up around the huge brick fireplace on chilly Tahoe nights or enjoy a quick walk down to Waterman's Landing about 1 mile away for a fun and sunny day at the beach. Home has a big, new TV with cable service in the living area as well as the fastest wireless internet in the area. Check in directly at the property using a lock box after disengaging the protective bear wires.
The wood-burning fireplace is centered between the living and dining rooms. Both offer plenty of seating and easy access to the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen connects with the dining room over a breakfast bar with 2 swivel bar chairs as well as provides access to the laundry area. From the laundry room, you can exit to the back deck or slip into the one car garage.
All 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the left side of the home. The first bedroom on the left houses a Full sized bed with a vintage hanging light fixture (bedding has been updated but not shown in pictures). At the end of the long hallway, you always tend to find a gathering in the bunk room. There are two sets of bunk beds for a total of 4 Twin beds with updated bedding (not pictured) and a large closet. These first two bedrooms share a very spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a counter that spans the entire length of the wall - plenty of room for everyone's toiletries. The Primary bedroom is located at the back corner of the home with views of the side and back yards. Along with the large dresser, big closet and queen-sized bed (updated bedding not pictured), there is also an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area as a bonus sleeping option.
Home is centrally located near Carnelian Bay's shops, marina, restaurants and beaches. Also, just a short drive to many local resorts such as Northstar California and Palisades at Tahoe.
