Nice older home for family to gather. Dated kitchen but certainly adequate for meal prep. Very much appreciated being able to bring fur babies. Outdoor lawn area helped. Spent a lot of time just hanging with grandkids n using the big dining room for games. Having 2 bathrooms was a GIANT pluspkus!
We came to Medford for high school graduation. We had 4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog staying with us. We were pleasantly surprised the moment we walked in on just how big this place was. The back yard was heaven for a nice warm weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. This house has everything you need and has great vintage character. Definitely family friendly. This location is close to everything you need and made our trip easy. The check in and check our process was so simple that I honestly thought we were forgetting something! Thank you for our stay!
The property was exactly as advertised. We chose it primarily based on location fir the annual Rogue Valley Memorial Tournament. This place was super convenient tobthe bulk of the fields and good access to food/shopping. Good place to stay.
Great space for a family with a big backyard for entertaining. Pet friendly was a plus and convenient location. Separate In-law unit in back yard was a nice touch as well. Interior could use alittle updating and deeper cleaning, and a second full bathroom would have been nice. Other than that the house was fully stocked for all your cooking and entertainment needs. Hosts were very responsive.
Very affordable property for large groups. Centrally located, clean, and spacious. We had everything we needed, except for a blow dryer so bring your own, lol. But otherwise a great stay. Thank you.
The house was so hot when we got there it didn't cool down for 3 days very uncomfortable the furniture is dirty and stained cobwebs all over the house, we were getting ready to make breakfast and pulled out dirty dishes and pans old coffee grounds left from the previous guest messaged Robert he said he would talk to the house cleaners and said sorry dinner same thing more dirty dishes so I took pictures and sent them to Robert no reply about finding more dirty dishes. He asked if I would put the garbage out to the curb which I did no problem they allow dogs which is very nice we not only cleaned up our dog poop but others poop that was left in the yard since we had small kids playing in the yard. Asked him about check out list said no list just make sure to have everything locked so since he said his cleaners had a lot to do, we decided to wash all the towels bedding and started the dishwasher took all garbage out made sure no dog poop or coffee grounds in coffee maker to help out his cleaners. I paid in full the original price. Now I get an additional e-mail saying I didn't pay the pet deposit when I made contact with Robert about renting his property, I said we had 2 dogs coming with us I paid the total amount that was due. Not only was the house filthy he is now coming back after the fact for additional money when he had all the information up front. I would not give this house any stars if it was an option. Never have I stayed in a vrbo house that was so disgusting !
This was a nice house. Really only had 2 complaints. I don’t know if it didn’t say or we just didn’t read it, but house only has 1 1/2 baths so for 5 adults we had to schedule times to get ready. I can’t imagine trying to do it w/ 12 that it says it can hold. The other was I wouldn’t recommend it for people with toddlers or rambunctious young children. There is a lot of knick knack stuff around and a fair amount of glass dishes on display so trying to keep a curious 3 yr old out of them was a bit trying.
The space was great for my extended family. The yard and patio were well kept and we spent a lot of time outdoors. The furnishings are a bit dated but functional. We had a few issues with linens, kitchenware that the owner addressed right away.
My family of six was very comfortable and the house was clean and tidy. My son especially enjoyed the bedroom detached from the house. Robert (owner) was extremely responsive and took care of a few minor issues immediately. A great place to stay!
Spacious home with lovely backyard and covered patio was ideal for our family to enjoy the beautiful weather of Southern Oregon. Convenient location if visiting Jacksonville or the surrounding area.
Attended my son's wedding close by. House was super clean and inviting. Great to have to wedding party people to stop by after the rehearsal dinner so we could talk and get to know each other
Was like being at home. Central location for the church and then for the reception hall. Nice quiet neighborhood.
We are at married couple who works in Medford. Robert sales items on ebay and Ida is an RN at one of the 2 medical centers in Medford.
Why they chose this property
This house is centrally located, near downtown, the medical center, and between Ashland and Jacksonville and other neighboring cities with many actives in the area. It is a good size with around 2000 sq feet when you include the building in back of the house. It has a nice front yard and a very nice, beautiful, fenced back yard.
