Excellent view (9th floor), in the best place in the city, spacious bedroom with private bathroom, kitchen, living room and full complement. Warm, central, very close to all sites of interest. Porter service and all transportation 24/7.

The Wi-Fi is 20 Mbps and is safe. The shower is electric so remember that unless flow out hotter water. We have unlimited local phone service and cable TV (over 100 channels)

We are graphic designers, with knowledge of the city and a taste for art and music of the world. We have liked to travel and we know how important it is to be in a pleasant and comfortable place, close to places and activities of city experience. We have friends in other countries and we have also had the experience of being hosts for what we consider ourselves sociable and close to them. We can communicate in Spanish, English and Italian.

Why they chose this property

This apartment was the home of our mother and mother-in-law for more than 20 years. In it we lived, worked and were in meetings with our son, brothers and nephews and is therefore a space with much of our history. We remodeled it and converted it into a more current space according to the new times.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has an excellent view; It is close to most of the tourist attractions of the city. It's in a university zone and therefore has the joy and sites such as restaurants, bars and cafes that give a permanent movement and creates a safe environment for visitors, so much that walking to the city center or chapinero are a whole walk .
