About this property

A beach apartment with panoramic water views

A Yachtsman's Rest is a beautifully decorated apartment with spectacular water views, air-conditioning and Wifi.

The Space:
The complex is directly across from beautiful Nelson Bay Beach and its calm waters, perfect for swimming, and a comfortable 500m walk along the foreshore to the marina, cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.

You can step into a realm of refined comfort with our apartment, where filtered water views create a backdrop to the elegantly appointed open-plan living and dining area.

This 2nd floor apartment has been designed specifically for holiday letting. Entering the unit, you are greeted to a split level, open plan living area. The lower level houses the lounge area.

The main bedroom has sliding doors out onto the balcony so you can enjoy the view even while you are in bed, and offers a queen bed, built-in robe and a unique, colourful ensuite. The main bathroom has a shower and bath, and the internal laundry has a washer and dryer. Add to this, a private courtyard and undercover parking for 2 cars.

The kitchen has a microwave, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and an Espressotoria coffee machine (Woolworths pods) perfect for your morning espresso.

You also have an internal laundry, washer, and dryer.

The Waterview Balcony:
Step outside onto the large partly undercover balcony where the views are outstanding. Enjoy the panoramic views across the harbour while you make use of the BBQ for an alfresco meal, coffee or afternoon drinks.

Additional Amenities:
Secure, undercover parking accommodates two small cars. Experience peace of mind with smoke detectors installed, ensuring a safe and worry-free stay.

The Location:
Nearby you can hire kayaks and stand up paddle boards in the high season of the school holidays and Easter, or book a dolphin watch cruise. The lovely Fly Point Park is just 400m away which offers shady grassed area, BBQ and picnic tables, a skate park, fantastic snorkelling/diving and, on some weekends, even markets.

With Nelson Bay Beach and D'Albora Marina just a stone's throw away, and the allure of boutique shopping and gourmet dining around the corner, you're at the heart of it all. Great location, great view, beautiful clean unit.

This unit location is perfect, short walk to the Marina and children's park for the little kids and also a short walk to the skate park for the bigger kids. Beautiful view and a very clean and tidy unit. Loved it!

Excellent Location

Unit is in an excellent location, with beautiful views. Good size verandah with comfortable seating to enjoy view. Only complaint was tv wasn’t working.
