Do NOT stay in this condo
We stayed in this 3 bedroom unit at Las Mananitas from Oct 31 to Nov 11, 2023. I will start by saying that the Las Mananitas property is excellent, the location is great, you can walk to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and about a 40 minute walk into San Jose del Cabo. The pools in the Las Mananitas complex are great, ammenities for the complex are excellent, they even have 2 Pickleball Courts.
As for the Unit itself, do NOT rent this unit. The beds were terrible, noisy. The bed linens were terrible, dark brown sheets on the King bed, gross! The second bedroom had two doubles beds, not queen beds as stated in the ad. The dishwasher broke while we were there, but as we didn't want to spend our vacation indoors waiting for maintenance to come, we had our husbands termporarily fix the dishwasher, first it was completely loose, so the whole dishwasher would tip out when we pulled out the racks to load the dishwasher, and then eventually it would not run. No extras provided in this condo, only 2 lousy beach chairs, no beach umbrella, but they left a completely broken beach umbrella??? Who does that?? The safe in the unit does not work, had to call maintenance to fix that, again waiting in the unit for someone to come.
The kitchen had most utensils, except no kettle, it was a mess, but as we looked through cupboards, we eventually found stuff.
A couple positives were excellent patio furniture, and comfortable living room furniture.
