We provide an IKEA high chair and foldaway cot for baby. Please bring your own cot linen and blankets, mattress padding (the supplied travel cot style mattress is very firm) and a waterproof protector.

Flooded with natural light and featuring high ceilings, the open plan design of the living spaces allows for easy interaction. Large glass doors and windows to north and east provide wonderful ocean and island views.

The living area opens onto a large private semi-covered balcony with an outdoor dining table and bench seats, 2 sun loungers plus a Weber family size gas BBQ.

With an expansive view to the sea, on a clear day it’s possible to see dolphin pods, plus whales passing and breaching during the humpback migration months, May to September inclusive.

NOTE: Bring your binoculars to fully appreciate whale watching!

At night you can dine under the stars and enjoy the glow of the evening sunset colours reflected upon the ocean. Mornings are a delight, wake up and watch the sun rise over the sea. Prefer to sleep in? No problem, bedrooms have block out blinds to assist your slumber.

Spacious enough to accommodate an entire family of cooks, the thoughtfully equipped kitchen has quality appliances, including a fan forced electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric milk frother, and a family size refrigerator, plus utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery to self cater with ease.

Tea, coffee pods, sugar, foil, paper towel, salt/pepper, olive oil, are the basic pantry items provided to get your holiday off to an easy start. You can purchase your grocery needs at the nearest shopping centres just over five minutes drive north at Moonee Market; or order online from major supermarkets for home delivery at a time to suit you.

Inside the home is a large laundry with family size auto washer, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, barbeque cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket, broom.

There is a double lock up garage for parking of up to two vehicles, OR one large 4WD, and a secure gated entry with intercom, to the exclusive four condominium complex.

Whilst at the condo, you will have full access to all the facilities in the Nautilus grounds -
• Absolute beach frontage to Campbells Beach (not patrolled) but great for walks, sun bathing or running off some energy!
• 3 swimming pools, 2 of which are designed for young children
• Outdoor poolside spa and a hot indoor spa (for 16yrs +)
• 2 full size day/night beachfront tennis courts (Please bring your own adult size racquets and balls) we supply tennis balls and 4 junior racquets for the kids to use on the courts.
• Beachfront timber decks with bench table and stools, BYO drinks down to the beachside to enjoy whilst watching the waves roll in!

If you prefer not to cook every night, dining out is easy at the local Stefs Beachstone Cafe at North Sapphire, just a few minutes drive away, or an 'appetite building' walk away! The popular Wylde Oak Cafe located at Coffs Harbour Nursery in Sapphire is also a handy spot for brunch or lunch.

There are an extensive number of local restaurants and cafes to suit every taste, just a short drive away in the northern beaches area, alternatively, it's just a ten minute drive south to Coffs Harbour for fine dining at 99 on Park, and Lattitude at the marina for seafood. We provide personal dining recommendations from guests in the guest information folder in the property.
