I have lived in Mijas since 2003 and originally lived in the location of the apartments. Now I am just 5 minutes down the road and still enjoy the beautiful area of Mijas Golf.
Most of my clients have been coming for many years and over 50% of our clients are repeat clients.
Originally from Essex in the UK we relocated with our daughter to have a more laid back enjoyable and healthy life in Spain.

Why they chose this property
I chose this property originally as a home for my daughter when she was old enough to live alone. My mother and Father have used it for years as it gives easy access to the Pool areas.
It is also a favourite for families with young children as there limited properties offering three full size bedrooms on Puebla Aida. Plus the added benefit of a large family kitchen.
The South facing terrace is great for alfresco dining during the Summer months and the views over the Golf Course are relaxing.
Over the years it has been used my most of my family and friends as a guest apartment and it has been enjoyed by all.
Puebla Aida is the best location on Mijas Golf, I only rent my own properties in this location. The Pools are all just a short walk away with a choice of 4.
The best part is the many ornate fountains located in various parts of the Pueblo, which can be admired each time you pass by them.
Having been on the Committee of Puebla Aida as member, Vice President and eventually President for 5 year, I know this area like the back of my hand.
There is no other offering apartments equipped to the standard that I do on Puebla Aida, this is why my apartments are more expensive than others.
There will certainly be cheaper accommodation available, but they will be very basic inside and lack the extras I offer, for example hi speed internet, the majority of the other apartments only offer community internet.
It is also a favourite for families with young children as there limited properties offering three full size bedrooms on Puebla Aida. Plus the added benefit of a large family kitchen.

It is built in a part Moors and part Andalusian design, unique to Puebla Aida, everything about the Cathedral, the Castle and the plazas is beautiful.
The tower at the top of the Castle makes your location easy to track when returning home, it can be seen for miles.
When you walk inside the house you get a different feel, spacious modern and extremely well designed and equipped. Most people love the exterior feel to Puebla Aida and the unique plazas and areas surrounding, but still require modern bathrooms and kitchens.
This property offers you everything you require in a home away from home.
There is ample parking directly outside the property, making loading and unloading very easy.
