House of 2 suites 50m from the sea/Garden and private parking/Pool/Air cond/No and condominium
"Alem do Horizonte" spacious house with 2 independent rooms of 20sqm / u, in the middle 1200sqm of tropical garden just steps from the beach. You can hear the sound of the sea in the evenings !!!! It is located on the Main Street that connects Porto Seguro with the center of Arraial in the best neighborhood: Quintas do Arraial.
The Hotel in front allows our guests access to the beach and free use of their leisure areas (2 swimming pools, gym, sauna, children's space) making use of its restaurant / bar with beach service .
* 1) Room for up to 4 people, (double bed + bunk bed), large terrace and balcony with living, nets and private dining space, independent entrance. View pro du Sol on the Mangrove.
* 2) Room for up to 4 people (Queen size bed + bunk bed); terrace and balcony with living, nets and private dining space, independent entrance. View to the garden and the sunrise.
It has possibility to modify the distribution of beds or request cots, and 2 single beds can be added in common areas of the house with additional cost.
The 2 bedrooms have Ceiling Fan, Split Air Conditioning recently installed, mosquito netting on windows and doors.
Large bathrooms with shower stall, hair dryer, soap and toilet paper included.
Large American kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary elements integrated with the spacious pantry. 40 "Smart TV with Netflix.
Bed and bath linen provided. Kiosk with barbecue and service area. Washing machine available at additional cost
We, Bia and Diego, live on the 1st floor and are at your disposal 24 hours a day.
We have 1 single bed with protection for small children and cot. Children who occupy bed pay daily.
Pets are not accepted.

Our beach is very quiet, at low tide we form natural pools and on the high comes the turtles to swim.
It has many bars, restaurants and conveniences close to the property.
