Serenata condo

Description as a “luxury condo” is a bit of a stretch. Condo was dirty and had an infestation of drain flies when we checked in. Kitchen areas dirty, large stains on both bedroom carpets, along with several other issues. The owner was quick to respond and resolve issues. Had carpets professionally cleaned and an exterminator for the bugs. By Day 8 we were able to actually settle in and eat in the condo. We should not have had to deal with housekeeping issues. On the positive side, beds were comfortable and pool is a short walk from the condo. The Serenata community and property were very nice and quiet. While this community is in a busy area, just across the street are 4 restaurants and a Publix grocery. Also, adjoining neighborhoods with sidewalks were great for daily walks.

Very nice property , beautiful pool and workout area. Owner was very quick to answer any questions and take care of any issue that arose.

Serenata Condo

The location worked out well for us. Although it’s in a rather busy commercial area, we were able to ride our bikes safely through neighborhoods and on the sidewalks with no foot traffic. Pool area was very nice - always able to get a chair apart from others. Very quiet both inside and outside. We would have liked to use the gym but no one was wearing masks. It would have helped if the unit had been checked out before we arrived. The smoke/carbon monoxide detector was broken and went off every few seconds all night and the next day until someone was able to take care of it @6:00 pm the following day. Also the dishwasher was broken but the owner had a new one installed later in the week. He was very helpful about that.
