Situated right on Tugun Beach, just steps from the patrolled flags, you’ll wake up to the sound of waves and have direct access to the stunning OceanWay Walk, stretching from Currumbin to Coolangatta.

The Space:
The unit is fully self-contained and opens onto a shared patio, making it ideal for soaking up the fresh sea breeze. The main bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two singles, both with built-in cupboards. There’s parking for one car in an unsecured garage, a shared laundry, and a front patio where you can sit back and take in the ocean views.

Right across from Tugun Surf Club and playgrounds, you’re just a short stroll to fantastic cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. Tugun may be quieter than its popular neighbor Currumbin, but that’s exactly why locals love it—trendy, relaxed, and full of hidden gems. Plus, with easy access to the M1 and Gold Coast Airport, getting here (and exploring beyond) is a breeze!

Whether you're here to surf, unwind, or explore, this is your laid-back beachside retreat.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds!

A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not allowed in this property.
