**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

Gorgeous 4 BR / 4.5 BA home with a private pool located on the salt water swash in North Beach Resort & Villas (house is about 100 yards from the pool complex and beach).

RESORT HIGHLIGHTS:
- Rental comes with full access (at no additional charge!) to the 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools; note that in the cooler months, they typically heat at least one outdoor pool
- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants
- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

GREAT TIME

Great time once again!! My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next stay. Only issue we had was the main living room television. Didn’t worry for long because the issue was taken care of ASAP!! Great customer service!! Will definitely be back!! See ya soon “Last Call”!!

Not very clean

The home was beautiful but the house was only minimally cleaned. There were scuff marks, spills, stains and marks on the walls all over. There were hairs in the showers, pee around the toilets. Toilet paper is the cheapest toilet paper u can get that’s like sand paper. There is an elevator that isn’t able to be used and a golf cart also not able to be used.

4910 salt creek

The house was incredible, and perfect for our annual golf trip to myrtle beach. only issue we had is the pool heating not being part of the rental price. I reread the booking and saw that it was an extra charge so my mistake there. Other than that the location and quality of 4910 salt creek was great and everyone in my group loved the accommodations. Looking forward to booking with itrip in the future!!!

Beautiful house

We love booking through I trip. Check in and out is a breeze. We were able to check in an hour early this time. Communication is great. We had to text them with a few very minor issues, and they responded immediately. This house is beautiful and just as described. It is close to the pool complex and the beach which is great. The view of the towers lit up at night is beautiful. You will love the pool with the waterfall feature. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and are looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you I trip for a wonderful vacation home.

Best Place to Stay in North Myrtle

Cannot say enough good things about the house and the process! Smooth and easy check in, friendly staff, and beautiful home to boot! This was one of the best stays we have had in the years we have been travelling to North Myrtle. Best on the beach!

Loved this Property/Management could do better

This property definitely deserves 5 stars but unfortunately upon checking in the property was not ready at 4 pm and the employee at the desk was not friendly and rude. We arrived by car at 2:30 so we had time to do some grocery shopping. At 4:15 pm still could not have the keys ....When I told her I had food in the car and asked what we could do she said "That's why you shouldn't go shopping before you get the keys". And, She pointed out that the contract says that at this time of the year check in can be as late at 5 pm. After looking again at the contract she is correct - it would be nice if they bolded that information just like they bold the NOT BEFORE 4 PM CHECK IN. Also in the contract was if you use the grill you must clean the grill. The grill was not only dirty it was gross and had not been cleaned recently. I did communicate this with maintenance - but no response except for an automated message. Per above, the property is lovely and everything else was perfect. My only suggestions to future renters is: Don't plan on being in the property at 4 pm and Don't do any grocery shopping that you might be concerned about in the heat of a hot car. It would be nice if this property manager offered some sort of solution to it's guests if the property is not ready instead of being unapologetic especially when most of its clients in Myrtle Beach have children and (possibly food) sitting in a hot car.

Spring Break 2023

This property is stunning, as well as the neighborhood. The views are beautiful. Very clean property. Easy access to so much around North Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately for us a cold front came in the week we arrived clearly not the fault of the property. We didn't get in until very late in the evening and asked for the pool to be heated one or two days just to enjoy the water one or two days during our 4 night stay that was really only 3 as we arrived so late the first night. The only option was to heat it for the entire stay total cost of an extra 600 dollars which didn't make much sense to me. We opted not to add the pool heat since we could use the resort pool. It is listed as having full access to the resort with heated pool, swim up bar etc, unfortunately the resort is essentially shut down until end of March which is not clear for our booking date so no swim up bar or bar in the hotel itself to enjoy any resort feel or the pool. We were able to use the hot tub one afternoon. The resort option was one reason for booking the property which is the only reason I'm making mention of it. Wish had had an understanding that while it is an option it is essentially a ghost town during this time of year. Overall the property is great and likely a better experience a different time of year.

Fabulous house and location!

This house was exactly as it had been described and we had an amazing time. The house was very well decorated and spacious for our family. Super clean. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great and the private pool was a gamechanger since it was very hot. The location was convenient for walking to the beach too. We called just once with a small request and they handled it very quickly. Check in and check out was super easy, and even easier than having to wait in line at the resort with others who had rented directly through North Beach. I highly recommend this house and iTrip.

Awesome vacation home

Couldn’t of booked a better vacation home! Perfect location not to far from ocean and resort amenities at our fingertips! Didn’t have an ocean view but the resort view especially at night was just as breathtaking as an ocean view!! I highly recommend this home and owner was amazing to deal with!!

Great Trip!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in North Myrtle Beach. The house was in a great location, just a quick walk to the beach and pools at the resort. The was more than ample space in the house to add a few more people. I do agree with some other reviews in regards to needing a few more lounge chairs around the pool. The kitchen was equipped with just enough "stuff" to make our Easter dinner a success. We loved spending time across the street at Barefoot Landing - enjoyed many dinners there. We had a great time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Property was true to posting. Nicely appointed home. We paid to have the pool heated - and it was a big hit! (Our visit was in early April.) Spacious. Perfect room layout for our family. Of note, all bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom has it own full bath. Loved the glass door wall that full expands to the pool area. Easy walk to the resort pools (and hot tubs) and beach - don’t forget your wristbands and towel cards! Only complaint was how tight the window was for check-in. Not allowed to check-in prior to 4p, but had to check-in before the office closed at 4:30p. Especially tight for out of town travelers. Though late check-in was offered, it was inconvenient. Location was convenient to restaurants, grocery, liquor, Barefoot Landing, etc. We recommend Hamburger Joe’s, Flying Fish and Rockfeller Raw Bar nearby.

Family vacation

The only negative I have is that they weren’t ready for us at the appointed time so the cleaning of the main part wasn’t great. We arrived with groceries and the cleaners weren’t finished. The house itself is great. Wonderful location with lots of activities to do close by. Very responsive to any issues we had. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful home "Last Call"

This home was amazing true to the pictures on VRBO. There was 8 of us and we had an amazing time. I wish we could have stayed an extra day. We loved everything about it and we are so grateful and appreciative that you allowed us to stay in your beautiful home on 4910 salt creek ct. The bedrooms had two pillows per bed,so anyone that desires more than that should bring your own. The home was extremely clean and plenty of living space for all. The master bedroom has a separate balcony great for early morning coffee and chat. We thank and appreciate you so very much. Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year. Letitia

Best vacation house ever

Best place we have ever stayed! The house was beautiful! There were a few things that were not working but we sent a text to the maintenance team and they were fixed in a timely manner. Pool was perfect! We would stay again!

Salt Creek 4910 North Beach Plantation - Beautiful Home

The home is absolutely beautiful! All the bedrooms being on the second floor was awesome so that the parents and kids were together. The pool was great (could use a few more lounge chairs - just 2 wasn't enough at times) The house was fully stocked with exactly what was listed on the site - including a Keurig! LOL (coffee people understand). The key/packet pick up was fast and easy (would have been nice to not have to go to another location off the property to pick up but it wasn't that huge of a deal) and the drop box made it easy at the end of our stay. The small issue we did have with the freezer and ice maker we texted the number and someone got back to me immediately and had someone there to fix it within a few hours (much faster than the resort in prior years). The only thing that I highly recommend they do is spray for bugs around the house on the outside (they were terrible everywhere we went in SC this year) and give it a deep clean - the major areas were spotless but you could tell it was the end of the busy season and the house could use a refresh (paint touchup, dusting in corners and ceiling and a deep clean on the carpets) - nothing that would cause me to not rent again or rent this house. Thanks so much for a awesome place to stay - we LOVED it!
