Great location, you don't even need a car Publix next door, several restaurants in walking distance, free city shuttle available on demand, beach is about 15 minutes walk. Unit features all new appliances, French door bottom freezer fridge, top of the line full size oven, all cooking needs, sparkling bathroom with clear glass rolling shower door, glass top vanity, bedroom has large closet with barn doors, queen size bed, small private green area in the back for your morning coffee. Lovely tropical private courtyard with sparkling heated pool, large BBQ area, coin operated laundry. Small complex on canal with boat dock, leading into Intracoastal waterways, sit by the water and watch the boats go by. We are a completely none smoking property and no pets allowed.

Great Stay

Property was clean and as advertised. Very convenient location with grocery, restaurants and the beach all within a couple minutes. Plenty of outdoor seating around the pool and on the back side next to the canal. Kathleen was easy to communicate with and the overall stay was 10/10.

Amazing post cruise vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Kathleen was very responsive & helpful with all of our questions. The location of the condo is perfect! We didn’t need a car as we could walk to Publix, the beach, restaurants, etc. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped! We will definitely be back! 💕

This unit literally has everything!

Super clean, modern, beautifully decorated and has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and for the beach. It’s a quiet building with a lovely heated pool. Perfect location a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as described with prompt communication from the host.

Perfect vacation condo

Lovely Updated One Bedroom

Location, location , location ! Walking distance to just about everything. The unit was clean and decorated nicely and modern. Had everything needed but could use backpack beach chairs and umbrella. Reasonable walk to beach , 10 mins. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Great little kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Just as described......

Property is conveniently located to beach, Publix and restaurants. It's small, quaint, incredibly clean, well stocked, updated, etc. It's a short walk to the beach....hrough the parking lot and up the street. I didn't have a car the entire week and made it around on foot with no problem. The owner goes to great lengths to make sure the stay is perfect.

A little gem

The property was exactly as expected. Kathleen was very helpful. As we were transferring from another area of Miami, we wanted to check-in early. Kathleen was able to help. The property had everything that we needed, even with a barbecue near the pool. The pool area was always clean and well kept. Because it was off season the area was very quiet. And we often had the pool to ourselves. The property was very easy walking distance to publix and several eateries. And easy walking to the beach, the pier and many other bars and restaurants. Loved it!

This is a clean, beautifully renovated 1 BR unit in a charming two-story complex with palm trees, umbrellas and a heated pool. The building and street are well-lit and we felt very safe when we were there. It’s convenient to the beach, restaurants and Publix. There’s a designated parking space and street parking if you have a second car. The condo has everything you could need during your stay including BBQ grills, fast WiFi and great A/C. Host Kathleen is very easy to communicate with and she’s only 5 minutes away. Pompano is so much fun now—the beaches are beautiful and the pier area is lively. Don’t hesitate—just book this place and go enjoy the sunshine!

15 night stay

We cannot say enough about how much we loved the condo, the property and location. So convenient to shopping and beach. Condo is newly and beautifully refurbished. So clean and fully stocked with everything of excellent quality. Kathleen was easy to reach for any questions and Raphael the property manager keeps everything looking clean and inviting. Cannot wait to return next year. One item that could use replacing is coffee pot. It did not keep coffee hot but if that’s the only negative this place is a winner.

Christmas Getaway

We can not say enough great and wonderful things about our condo and the service we received from the owner, Kathleen. Since we were traveling by air, it was a great relief to have the bag chairs and umbrella supplied for the beach. The condo was super clean and supplied with any small item that you may forget at home. Kathleen checked with me a couple of times throughout the week to see how things were and if there was anything more she could do make our stay more comfortable. She is the bomb! It was also great to be a half a block away from Publix and just minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay again when we're in the are and if the condo is open.

Très bel appartement, dans un building très propre avec piscine et terrasse, très calme et sécuritaire.Tout se fait à pied. Situé à 2 minutes du Publix, 10 minutes de la plage, bcp de resto à distance de marche. C'est un coup coeur cet endroit! Réserver sans hésiter. Great Short Getaway

This was a fabulous condo! We loved the location, the condo and the atmosphere. The condo was walking distance to the beach, groceries (Publix),restaurants and LaFitness which we enjoyed. The owner(Kathleen) was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back.
