The house has 2 family zones one is set up as a game rooms with TV, Pool Table and xBox systems and split system air-conditioner. For a tech-free time there are puzzles and games to while away the hours. The other large family room with a large and inviting wood burner for cozying up on those more chilly nights opens onto a large deck. The deck is undercover & has a large outdoor table and has a BBQ and of course, with gates to keep both kids and your pet safe on the deck. There are 2 bathrooms, both with toilets, which offers convenience to families that stay.
