Wayan is a fantastic 5 bedroom villa in the heart of Seminyak.

Villa Wayan is a 5 bedroom villa in Seminyak near Seminyak Square. This fantastic villa opened in September 2018 and offers a great place to stay for large groups or families.

The villa features an extensive living space overlooking the pool, 12 person outdoor spa and lush gardens. It boast a large kitchen, dining, and sitting area with many amenities including a bar fridge and wide-screen TV.

Villa Wayan's downstairs living space and outdoor area is wheelchair friendly with plenty of level areas for all our guests. A temporary pool fence can also be fitted at request to enable the safety of our guests.

Being located in a quiet lane way next to Revolver Espresso means you will be part of the action and on "eat street" within seconds enjoying some of the best restaurants Bali has to offer. Many boutique clothing stores can be found along the streets or in the newly built Seminyak Village shopping centre.

Our base rate of $260 is for 4 people with an additional cost of $25 per person per night. Children 5 and under are free. For checkout after 6pm an extra night accommodation needs to be booked.

Simply the best
If we come as a large group again we will definitely stay here, absolutely awesome, the villa layout, its facilities, the pool and cabana, position is perfect, close to beach, to Seminyak markets, and flea market,

Has everything you need, located perfectly in Seminyak. Very good facilities for our large group. Pool was brilliant. Definitely recommend. Vanessa and Ketut were easy to communicate with if needed.

We had the best 5 star treatment, starting from the wonderful drivers who picked us up from the airport, to the greeting on arrival at the villa by the lovely manager Ketut and the excellent breakfast cooked by the beautiful Sunny, which couldn't have been easy, as there were 7 of us. Ketut was a gorgeous man with the best sense of humour. He was quick to address any problems that arose and also collected, then delivered our laundry. The best family holiday ever.

From the moment we were collected from the airport everything was great. The Villa was clean, sunny and the team were great. We had a huge stoen and the pool got really dirty. I called sunny and within 5 minutes somebody was there to clean the pool. The only down side for a family with kids there is no TV in the lounge.

This property was amazing!! Heaps of room for 2 families, great spot. Right in the heart of Seminyak. Vanessa and Sonny (hosts) were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended this property to family and friends. Thanks again Vanessa & Sonny x

Fantastic villa in an amazing location!
My friends and I had an amazing time at Villa Wayan. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing time, Vanessa and her the staff ate very useful and friendly. Vanessa also provided many tips and suggestions and she always responded back in a very short timeframe. The location, at the centre of Seminyak is very convenient and the villa is very quiet. Perfect stay - I wish I could go back next weekend!

We organised our teip with all the family being together ie mum, dad, daughter and son from UK and joining us from New Zealand our other daughter husband and twin grandsons aged 4 it was perfect for what we needed Katut and his team done an ex ellent job lookung after us when we needed him

Tucked away from all the action of Seminyak, and yet it's also 30second walk to the middle of all the many, MANY, shops and restaurants 5mins walk from beach with good waves for body boarding Food superb at absolutely every place we went to. And we enjoy nice, varied food. Ketut, manager, and his team helped with everything needed: transport, cleaning, laundry (including our clothes), etc.

When we opened the courtyard door it was like walking into a slice of heaven! The villa was beautiful, well maintained and beautifully furnished. We were a party of 10 and the villa had plenty of space to accomate us all. Vanessa answered any queries promptly and sunny and yati maintained a high standard of cleanliness
