Spring Break

The hot tub was cold when we arrived. It was difficult to reach the property managers to get it turned on. There was a leak, and they had to come during our stay. After we followed their instructions to the letter the hot tub never became hot.

Comfortable SE PHX location

We needed to get away for a week of golf and sunshine, and this was perfect! The home is clean, well maintained and well stocked. Our favorite part of the day was having coffee by the pool while watching the golfers on the course.

Great house!

House was very nice. Owners very helpful with our questions. Wish the pool was heated, but the hot tub was great! It was fun to watch the golfers.

Gilbert Christmas Trip

We enjoyed time with our Phoenix Family & Friends. We hiked in several areas. The location was central & great for our adventures. The pool & golf course view is great!

Quiet, golf course, pool - so nice!

The rental house was lovely. Very comfortable furniture, beds... golf course was fun as we watched many groups go by. Kitchen was very basic, but for the most part, fulfilled our needs. They could really use some sharp knives! Otherwise, all was lovely. We were there during 109 degree weather, and the outside was basically unusable - no shade whatsoever. We left a day early, as we really couldn't be outside at all. I'm sure the winter time would be awesome!

Perfect place for adults that are playing in the baseball tournaments down in AZ

The house was clean, beds comfortable but most of all the hosts were Great. They immediately took care of the one issue we had. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome home!

We came for a relaxing week and that is what we had. Patty and Brian were very helpful with all of our questions about restaurants, movie theaters, turning on the hot tub, grill, etc. The sunsets were beautiful and the weather was great! We would definitely love to stay again!

Great House on the golf course

We had a great time at this VRBO. We've stayed in a lot of different ones and this one was top-notch! The hot tub was great. The tv connections and surround sound music throughout the hose worked great as well. We'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

We had a great time staying here. Patty was fabulous answering my stupid questions. The home was big and roomy. The pool was fabulous did not use the hot tub. Looked out on the golf course which was fun. Will be booking again for next year.

Beautiful, comfortable home

We had a great time at the Gilbert home. Brian was very helpful with the spa and other features of the home. It was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The backyard area backs up to a golf course, which was fun watching the golfers. The home is in a great quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need. We were in town for the Mesa Marathon. The only thing that would have made it better is to come back when it’s a little warmer. ☀️

First vacation huge disappointment

First vacation during the pandemic And I can say we were a little nervous. We rented this house for the pool and hot tub. This way we could limit our contact with people. When we first arrived we contacted the host as previously discussed to come turn on the hot tub . Host called back and said she would be on Her way. The host wanted cash or PayPal as a deposit for the propane needed . We would have sent it prior but a cash and paypal request is an easy scam, that we didn't want to fall victim too. About 15 min after speaking with host her husband called to tell us she would not be coming to start the hot tub till the next morning and that we shouldn’t expect her to come that late this was at 8:30 pm. The house was full of a Strong musk smell and didn’t appear to have been recently cleaned (no clean smell). The next day we found two new plug in air fresheners. Which we took outside and cracked the door to air out the house. That next morning Host was supposed to come by at 9:30 am however she didn’t show up till 10.15am no call to say she was running late, no mask when she showed up. This with the previous night made us feel as if it were a hassle to deal with us even worse with the thermostat . The house was warm first night and that morning with 105 degree temperatures all week, we tried to adjust the air conditioning but it was locked at 75 degrees. This is a little too hot for us. We asked host if they could turn the air conditioning down . She was shocked that we were too hot. But agreed to set the temperature to 70 degrees at night. We were not given access to change the air conditioning temperature. If the house was too hot we couldn't cool it down. If it was too cold we couldn't make it warmer. Then the last night we were at the house they set the thermostat at 76 degrees. I have never stayed where I couldn’t adjust the thermostat this made our stay miserable. There was also a train every morning around 3 am that would blow its whistle 5 times every day. We came back from vacation tired and ornery. We were also asked by host to not clean the pool while we were there, and we were expected to swim around the vacuum in the middle of the pool. Used the hot tub one night for 10 min because it had so much chlorine in it that it burned your eyes. We contacted evolve the company that Services the rental and they did nothing but get our Deposit back before 7 days. .

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had three couples staying in the house in town for a wedding. The location was great and it was easy to get all around town. Had a few minor complaints about the stay that might not have been an issue with a smaller party. For one, the heating/air is locked by the owner so when we arrived it was set to 75 degrees and couldn’t go lower. I had to reach out to the owner to “unlock” and allow it to go lower, which took about two hours for a reply. In 98 degree heat, it was bothersome to not be able to control the temperature in the home to our comfort. The shower in the “guest” bathroom never got hot, the water stayed cool no matter the circumstances. We all had to schedule showers in the master and due to a small water heater, they had to be spaced out a bit to allow everyone to have hot water. Owner did come by when we mentioned this and confirmed there was only a 50 gal water heater so not ideal for 6 adults. Overall a really nice home that had all we needed to cook and relax!
