Great property in Isla Verde for large family or group
Our stay at La Mancha was perfect. The neighborhood was great. It was close to the beach and had lots of options for restaurants nearby. The property was clean and well kept with lots of amenities. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Upon arrival late in the afternoon the refrigerator had a few items to get us through the evening so we did not have to go to the grocery store immediately. The kitchen was very well stocked with those items you don't want to have to purchase for just a week's stay. This was such a nice jester. The view from the beach is nice, and it is very close by. The chairs and towels made it much easier to go to the beach for a while. The parking space was very challenging. We had a tag for handicapped parking but were denied access by the guard. Communication with management was very responsive and informative. The upper floor was clean in the bedrooms but the bathrooms could use some major cleaning. On the first level, the floor was dirty and we did not have the tools to wet clean the tile. There was a vacuum cleaner. Excellent instructions were available to help with the rules.

Great location, clean and very organized
This unit is very clean and stocked with lots of things you would need, towels (beach and bath), beach chairs, even some complimentary food/drinks. The communication was quick and clear. The hosts accommodated all of our requests and were helpful and friendly. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and places to shop for supplies.The location is perfect for convenience.The only minus is that the unit is a little older , but is nevertheless clean and everything works so it’s not actually a big deal. Overall I’d recommend this unit to a big to medium group as a base for sightseeing and relaxing with nice views and is a comfortable place to hang out.

The location of this property is ideal. Right on the main strip, easy walking distance to beach and restaurants, and a short trip to San Juan and El Yunque.

Very comfortable, clean, & great location. Only 2 issues are the Hot water has no good water pressure and the condo needs major appearance & appliance updating. But overall a pretty good experience.

The property is fine but it needs major upgrade. The bathroom is old and outdated. The tubs is in terrible condition. They were painted to make it look new ( nobody painted bathtub). The kitchen is also very outdated. The property is rented for 10 people but there are only 6 chair for dining. Worse of all there is almost no water pressure and hot water. And there is only one reserved parking space for a 3 bedrooms property. It cost additional $25 a day nearby for additional vehicle. It’s very hard to find a free parking in the street. For the price tag, the property should be around 4 star but it’s only about 2 1/2 star at best.

Couldn’t have picked a better place
Since the moment we arrived, our stay was everything we wanted. Place was beautiful. Got our family of 8 perfectly. Clean, convenient to everything and property manager was more than accommodating. We arrived early and asked if we could possibly get an early check in and they were able to do that. We didn’t leave til late at night and asked if we could possibly get a late check out and they made that happen too. We would definitely rent again. Thank you thank you!

The property was charming, clean, easy to access, and worked well for 8 adults to have both private and shared spaces to enjoy a long weekend. The public beach is only a short walk and the pool on the premises is clean and a nice place to relax.

Wonderful property. Security guard was friendly and helpful. Short walk to public access beach, and a beautiful pool on the grounds. All the basic beach necessities provided, which was such a bonus! Read the info book! We learned so much about where and how to travel, it was a wonderful resource.

60th Birthday Celebration
This was my 60th birthday celebration with my family and Top of LaMancha was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room to play board games together in the living and dining areas. The bedrooms were big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The pool area was very clean with plenty of lounging areas. It was great to have beach towels and a cooler there for us to use when we went to the beach. All in all, we had a wonderful experience.

Great Penthouse!
Great experience, great location! The place was amazing. Funiture and decor a bit out dated, however, the place has perfect for our stay. The host is amazing! They took their time to leave us a small welcoming care package that consisted of goodies and Puerto Rican coffee. They were very accomodating and responsive. If your traveling with six to eight people, this place is perfect. It's located in Isla Verde 7 minutes to the airport and all the food and shops along the strip that require no driving. I highly recommend it even if traveling in small group less than 6!

Home away from home
Our family of 10 had a very nice stay at La Mancha. It was a great place to come back to and relax after a day out. The extras supplied by the owner such as some starter groceries were a plus after a long day of travel. Spending New Year’s eve in Puerto Rico was awesome and we had a perfect view of the fireworks from our balcony. We look forward to coming back soon and would definitely rent this property again.

Amazing experience
We were there for our daughters wedding. 7 adults and two children. The place was just as shown in the Ad. Plenty of room . A small balcony to sit and watch the planes come in or enjoy the scenery, and a short 1 block walk to the beach. We appreciated all of the extras, beach towels, beach chairs, water, bread, eggs etc to hold us till we could go to the grocery store. The security was top notch with gated entrances. The pool area is beautiful with a wonderful seating area for shade with tables. We sat there and made wedding favors. There is also a small playground my grandson enjoyed. We had a small issue with the showers but they came and had them fixed in 20 min. Would highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. We how to be back some day.

Nice place, reasonably priced
Booked top of La Mancha for 4 adults, 4 kids. The property is nice - clean and big but not exactly super high end (which is not what we were looking for). Easy walk to the beach. The pool is big and not super-chloriney. The pool is most appropriate for hopping in at the end of the day, you wouldn't want to spend the day there. The biggest challenge we had was just the number of keys. The property is safe and very secure, but you need keys to get anywhere - we should have asked for more keys and I'd encourage future guests to get one per adult. Interactions with the host during our stay (via text) were helpful. Groceries are nearby, restaurants are nearby.
