The dining room features a high top round table with seating, also included is a desk and chair, opposite the dining table. The living room features a 47" wall mounted TV with ample seating. Cable with Wi-Fi is included. Roku is available. A vaulted wood ceiling gives the living room/dining room a spacious feeling.

The condo complex has two heated pools and assigned parking spot with additional guest parking available. This condo complex is directly across Collier Blvd. from Resident's Beach. There’s a new rule implemented, only yearly guests and owners can obtain a Resident’s Beach pass. There is beach access north and south of the condo. There are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, along with beach towels, and a beach cart.
There is a two week minimum rental.
There is no smoking inside the unit, on the lanai or outside in the common areas. Key to the mailbox is available for forwarding mail.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the converted amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser.
Tax, cleaning fees and any wire transfer charges (2.9% domestic, 3.9% foreign) are not included and will be added in the final contract agreement.
There is a service fee implemented by VRBO. It has nothing to do with the owners. It is a charge to the traveler and calculated on a sliding scale of 4% to 10% of the total booking. It helps cover the cost of running the VRBO website. Travelers pay the service fee by credit card or eCheck through the checkout flow or payment request, no matter how they pay the owner. The service fee is charged to the card once the booking has been accepted.
