My home is completely upgraded and in the best location of Monarch Beach. If you love hiking this is your spot! You are walking distance to the Monarch Beach hotel which is directly across the street. Super close to the beach you can just bike down the street or take a walk. It has everything you need and more!
What makes this property unique
Gorgeous views of the golf course and ocean, what i loved about the home is the ocean breeze that comes in and the clear air. It is also super close to the movie theater around the corner and many restaurants.
