Unit 1605 at Seawind is gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable!!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances...it is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The owner is so thoughtful and you will find extras all throughout this condo!! A beach cart with chairs, a few sand toys and an umbrella to use during your stay! The kitchen is extra stocked!!

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a huge 50” HDTV and BluRay DVD player. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with more seating found at the kitchen bar.

All bedrooms and living room are equipped with HDTV's and BluRay DVD players with access to NetFlix.

The master and guest baths are both large and very luxurious with granite counters.

The deck is stocked with multiple sitting areas and very comfortable furniture!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Small but nice
Its smaller than the pictures show. The floors were dirty our toddlers feet were black from the floors by the time we unpacked the pots and pans were greasy. Other than that it was great the kiddy pool was nice and the adult pool and hot tub as well. The gym was nice as well with a great view. One of the elevators stayed broke the majority of the time we were there so that slowed us down a bit. All in all it was a good time and good location

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. While the elevators do get crammed, being on the 16th floor, we rarely had as long of a wait as others on lower floors. The advantage of this property's amenities made the elevator situation worth it. The ocean was quite choppy during our visit and the splash pad and the pool were a great alternative for our family. The condo was well kept and the communication was clear and really prompt. Will visit again!

We had the best time! The condo was very clean and the agent was so great to work with. Kind of a noisy stay and water poured on our balcony multiple times a day but other than that i highly recommend booking this condo, especially if you have kids

Family Vacation
We had a great time! The condo was great for our family of 5. 2 adults, 3 children ages 1, 3, & 7. We thought the condo was supposed to have a high chair, but didn’t see one. That didn’t end up being an issue and everything else was great. The wagon and sand toys were so nice to have included. We would love to stay again!

Family-Friendly Condo
We had the most amazing week on the beach! The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our family of four. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to several restaurants and shops and felt it was perfectly situated between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Pkwy. We especially loved having access to all the beach gear, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, a wagon, and sand toys. We used these each day on the beach. The seating on the patio was also amazing. We ate breakfasts and lunches outside and often watched the sun set from the patio. The view from the 16th floor was incredible. The condo had everything we needed for a beach vacation; beautiful inside and out!

We really enjoyed the condo and it's location. Very roomy , we didn't feel like we were on top each other. The response text number was quick to resolve issues , we only had a few issues. A box fan that didn't work and the screen door coming off track. The balcony doors have seen better days they are rusted in the tracks . But that's honestly my only complaint. The freezer works super good . They supply you with most of what you need to prepare meals as far dishes go . Save your Walmart bags for the bathroom trash cans . We will be back

Although, due to unforeseen circumstances we were moved to a different unit, the whole process went smoothly. Contact with the management team was timely and helpful. The property pool could use more regular cleanings - the water felt oily - but that didn’t damper the week. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores, and smooth entry onto the beach.

Location was perfect and close to many restaurants and attractions. In regards to the condo, quite a few maintenance issues needing addressed (closet door off hinges, master shower clothes line falling out of wall, sliding door to patio jams and a few other items. There is also a dehumidifier that is really loud that must run. If you turn it off, puddles of water will form throughout the dining and living room and into the master bedroom. Your feet will always be wet/dirty and it becomes slippery, especially for kids. DO NOT walk around in your socks as they will be wet and dirty within minutes.

Absolutely Amazing time!
We checked in on a Saturday. Apparently the main office is not open on a Saturday.. due to this, all communication went through text. We are pretty tech savvy and the process was a little chaotic for us. I could only imagine how it would’ve been for someone who isn’t great with telecommunications through text. There is a detailed list for procedures on the counter once you arrive in your room. The problem is getting ahold of someone in a timely manner through texts. No calls will be answered. We had no idea where the main office was. We were lost You literally arrive to your room at 4pm and type in the door code that they text you. Which will be no sooner than 12-3 from what we were told by locals. “Possibly” arriving early shouldn’t even be considered. With us having a one year old, a four year old, and a five year old on board this was awful for us. THAT BEING SAID; no one told us to arrive early. While communications could’ve been a lot better, we cannot blame them. We had a BLAST! The condo was great. The maintenance was great, all of workers were great. The area had endless things to do. We didn’t know where to start! There was truly something for everyone. Local stores have coupon books by the doors or by check out. (Dollar General, Restaurants, Visitor centers, Souvenir shops,etc.) the glass bottom dolphin cruise was a great time for us.. the workers here were amazing. Didn’t see much through the glass, though! Lol the zoo was amazing because of the amount of encounters you can do. If you take time to stop and patiently talk to the birds, they respond too. The kids loved the parrots dancing with them. 9-10am is the prefect time to go to the zoo. WE RECOMMEND THE WHARF 1000%! Couldn’t be happier with this experience. The beach is somewhat crowded. But the crowd came and left the beach at the same time each day. This gave us plenty of family time. We seen baby sharks in the water, jelly fish, dolphins nonstop, found SO MANY crabs, amazing shells, shark teeth, and more. Such a wonderful view on the 16th floor in this condo. Just watch out for the kids picnic table because your kids could try to climb it for a better view... we definitely moved that the the inside wall. Lol You’ll be amazed with this room.

Such a beautiful venue with the perfect location! The splash pad and pool was perfect, the beach was beautiful and we loved walking to sea n suds for dinner!!
