Perched on the Bondi Headland this stunning apartment offers panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean from every room. Like being on a cruiser, the ocean is so close you feel like you can reach out and touch it. Enjoy ocean breezes and watch the whales and dolphins pass by as you relax on the spacious balcony. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Be amazed at the beautiful sunrise right before your eyes. There is a fully equipped designer kitchen with open plan living and dining areas, all with ocean views. Surround sound Bose system to enjoy your favorite music. The large balcony runs the length of the unit. There is a shared car space and private washing machine and dryer downstairs. Only two streets away from the beach this unit has it all. Sunbathe on the balcony, take a leisurely 3-minute walk to the beach and have a dip before strolling along the promenade. Lunch at Iconic North Bondi RSL or one of the many fabulous restaurants and cafes that Bondi Beach has to offer. Wander around vibrant Bondi Beach Village and explore an array of interesting shops. It is all here within walking distance. Public transport 100 meters away with buses running regularly into Bondi Junction and the CBD which is only 10 km away. This is a beautiful base to enjoy all the delights that Bondi Beach and Sydney has to offer.

Having lived in Bondi Beach for 35 years I am a true local and love welcoming my guests to this beautiful part of the world. I have a media buying agency and work from home. I love great food, travelling and anything to do with the ocean. I am thankful every day that Bondi Beach is my backyard, as not only is it beautiful, but there is a vibrant community and a melting pot of cultures to enjoy. You will never be bored in Bondi Beach as it is ever changing and there is always something to do!
Why they chose this property
The apartment has magnificent uninterrupted ocean views straight out across the Pacific. There is an undeniable feeling of peace and serenity as you take in the view. It's an extra thrill to see playful dolphins and whales ( during whale season) passing by. Amazing sunrises are a bonus.It is serene, elegant and only a 3 min stroll to beautiful Bondi Beach, and 10 minute stroll to vibrant Bondi Beach Village.

Third floor with panoramic ocean views from every room. A lovely full length balcony which runs the width of the apartment, stunning open plan living and dining area and a car space.Fully equipped designer kitchen for those who love to cook. The beach is a 3 minute walk away.
