Conveniently situated in a quiet, cul-de-sac street with easy access to everything Brewster has to offer, this home has a large, private heated pool, central AC system, gigantic deck, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower, a Sunroom, WiFi, standup desk etc. as well as plenty of privacy. It's a perfect setting for your family vacation, large group reunion or a romantic get-away!

This house is built for entertaining and outdoor recreation! Attached to the giant backyard deck is the private, 30' x 14' heated pool, stocked with a wide variety of pool toys for everyone to use. And because the pool is surrounded by a protective fence, the backyard provides a safe place for children of all ages to play. Throw in the outdoor shower, plenty of patio furniture, lounge chairs, propane grill, fire pit, hammock, benches and beautiful tree lined yard with a privacy fence, and everyone in the family will enjoy the endless summer days and nights outside.

Inside, abundant windows and skylights fill every room with natural light! There is the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage filled with all sorts of pots, pans and cooking utensils including a Keurig K Duo Plus C coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, Ninja blender and Mickey Mouse waffle maker for the little ones and lots of counter space for those who is passionate about creating their own meals with the 'fresh catch of the day'. Kid’s utensils and high chair are also available.

On the first floor there is the private master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, beautiful bay window, comfy queen bed and its private on suite full bath with tub and shower. Master bedroom also has a quick access to the pool for that early morning swimming without disturbing the the rest of your party. There are two more bedrooms on the first floor in the other section of the house across kitchen and living/dining room. The Green room with queen bed and the Bunk room with two sets of bunk beds . The two rooms share a full bathroom with walk-in shower just down the hall.

The living room has a charming fireplace, big 50" flat screen TV and enough seating for the entire family. Living room also has two large custom built shelves filled with books and DVDs for you to browse. There is a large dining room table that fits up to 10, and when combined with the breakfast nook table right nearby, you have seating for 12+ to dine indoors. Off the kitchen and leading to the deck is the bright sunroom where you can enjoy your favorite early morning coffee or tea with your paper and laptop.

Upstairs on second floor, you will find two more large bedrooms, the Gray room with a queen bed plus a daybed trundle served as two twins, and the Blue room with two twin beds. Each room has a mini library shelf with collectibles and books for adults and children to enjoy. The Blue room has kit's corner and a bench full of plush toys. There is a third full bathroom with a tub and shower on the second floor, shared by Grey room and Blue room.

The basement has another 50" flat TV, a ping-pong table, air hockey, PlayStation 3, Xbox, DVD player, Wii and many board games which will provide plenty of entertainment for the family. There is also a bonus futon that can sleep two more for convenience.

All bedrooms and living area have central A/C! There are full-sized washer and dryer available for your use in the basement. A second fridge is also available in the garage. Outdoor shower in backyard to wash off the sand after a visit to the beach.

This house has just finished a complete renovation including new heated pool with new liner, central AC, new hardwood floor throughout entire house, new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, new indoor and outdoor furniture, new TVs, new grill and new gas fire pit, new custom built shelves, and newly finished basement with Ping Pong and Air Hockey.

We are located 2.8 miles from Nickerson State Park (5-7 min drive) with scenic Cliff ponds and trails (a walking distance shortcut also exists) that are perfect for fresh water swimming, hiking, biking, paddling and canoeing. Also under 3 miles away are Crosby Landing (7 min drive), Linnell Landing (7 min drive), and Ellis Landing, which are just a few of Brewster's many beautiful beaches. We are also 6 min of drive away from Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, where you can enjoy golfing, exquisite fine dining and spas and many more activities. Finally, there are grocery stores, shops, restaurants, golf courses, baseball league fields, tennis courts and bike trails all within a short distance.

Guests are provided with beach chairs/table, umbrella, cooler, beach cubby and beach toys to use during your stay. There are Graco Pack n’ Play Portable Playard, two toddler beds, a high chair for families with young children. There are two Adult bikes and two child bikes available to use. This is non-smoking home.

Guests need and are responsible for bringing their own linen including sheet sets, bath towels and beach towels.

If guests prefer renting linens themselves for their stay, linen rental info is available. Please inquire early before check-in date to allow enough time for linen delivery.

Hand lotion, dish detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen towels, mitten and pot mats are also available. Please inquire if any particular item is available in our kitchen inventory.
