Harbor View Loft #3 is a new waterfront condo - Big enough for everyone!

A prime location of these unique lakeside condominiums in the resort community of Macatawa provide a unique setting where it easy to relax and enjoy life on the waterfront. The Harbor View Lofts are set in the top two floors of the former Piper Restaurant at Eldean Shipyard Marina and overlook the active Lake Macatawa Harbor. Guests of the Harbor View Lofts have limited access to the private Lake Michigan beach that is a short walk away.

This NEW unit, HV#3, has many first-class features and amenities. The unit features 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. A large Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Room overlook the waterfront from the 2nd floor while a "Flying Bunk Room" give a birds eye view of the lake from atop the 3rd story. There are 3 waterside decks. Two master bedrooms, one 2nd and one on the 3rd floor, each have a deck off of the bedrooms. A main "grill" deck, also overlooks the Lake, and is located outside the second floor living room and is complete with a Weber gas grill and patio table & chairs. On the ground floor is a waterside patio/deck.

There is a shuffleboard table inside for fun and games!

Limited access is provided for use of the Eldean Marina s facilities during the summer season, including use of the Sand Volleyball Court, Pool/Hot tub use (maximum of 5 people at a time - no large groups), and use of the playground facilities. The pool and hot tubs are open Memorial Day Weekend through the weekend after Labor Day.

For the Boater, slips are available for an additional nightly fee at Eldean Shipyard. Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon boats are available to rent from MacAdventures.

There are discounts from the nightly rates when requesting a week or monthly stay.

Wedding weekend

We rented this property for our wedding weekend. It was amazing. Large and spacious house for our friends and family to enjoy the weekend with us. Views of the harbor were beautiful.

Loved harbor View loft #3

Ours was a girls trip. We loved the property and area. Spent a lot of time in making meals and reminiscing. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Would book again. My only complaint is with the WIFI. TV's are streamed and WIFI is too weak to support it. We could not get cell service either. In this day and age of technology I would think there is a solution for this. The property manager tried her best to fix...but was unable to.

Tulip Time on the Lake with College Friends

Very nice location. Beds were very comfortable (good mattresses). Nice layout. Excellent views of Lake Mac. We had 5 couples that had plenty of privacy with the number and locations of the bathrooms.

Another wonderful stay!

Sister’s reunion. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all to be comfortable. Enjoyed the view with both our morning coffee and evening cocktails. The staff was, once again, a pleasure to work with.

Family getaway

Great place for forced family fun

We enjoyed getting together with extended family for our Dutch Christmas. We loved that there were bedrooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms so no waiting. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a crowd. The table bowling was a huge hit with all ages. The views of lake Mac were incredible.

Perfect Getaway for Thanksgiving

This was a great location for our family to meet to celebrate Thanksgiving. The condo was spacious, very well equipped, and was well supplies. We enjoyed the view over the marina and Lake Macatawa. Although it was off-season, we did spot a freighter. Thanks for hosting us.

Perfect Weekend in Holland

We loved the space and views from this condo. It was spotless, check-in was a breeze, beds are very comfortable and communication with host was fantastic. Jessica had the condo cleaned early for us because we were trying to arrive early. We were also able to check-out a little later than the normal check-out time because no one was checking in after us. Thanks for accommodating us! The kitchen has everything you need, there are lots of games and books available. Even though it rained most the time, we still had a fabulous time. Thanks!!!

Another Great Stay at Harbor View # 3

This was the second time six couples stayed at Harbor View #3 for our annual golf trip to Michigan! Everything from reserving the unit through checkout was great. The unit is well stocked with everything expected and needed to cook in for dinner on occasion and relax on the deck overlooking the Marina. The unit is clean (very important to us), the website pictures are accurate and there is plenty of room to spread out and have a bit of privacy if wanted! No complaints from 12 Type A adults (well some of us) so that should tell you something! We highly recommend this property; enjoy your stay!

Fantastic family reunion

Great for a crowd in a beautiful spot. Lots to keep everyone - from mid 20s to 90s in our group- engaged and happy. Deck terrific in nice weather and we enjoyed the grill and big kitchen. Also enjoyed trips to Saugatuck and Holland. Having a kayak, paddle board and pontoon boat concession right next to the house was also really nice.

Beautiful lake views everywhere!

Many great spaces for relaxing with family/friends. The amazing views of the lake can be seen through the large windows in many directions. Super comfortable beds and very clean. It is decorated with a fun artsy flair. Look forward to a return trip!

Family reunion and wedding

Wonderful house

My family of 14 enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving on the lake. The property was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. We are cooks and Thanksgiving is a big deal. The kitchen was a fully stocked and we didn’t have to use half the items we brought from our respective houses. Communication was smooth. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. Beautifully decorated. Our group of 10 had a lot of space and the place could have easily accommodated 4 more adults. Wish there was an emergency contact number. Managers do not respond after 5pm. We got locked out and messaged manager at 8:30pm but didn’t hear back until next day morning

We rented loft #2 & #3 for our large family. We attended a family wedding at the Felt Mansion. These lofts were wonderful, clean, spacious, convenient, comfortable beds, beautiful views, and great walking & running around the lake. Would come back if back in Holland, MI

Loved the Condo but very upset about Beach Access

The condo is beautiful and surprisingly quiet. We loved the views of the marina, especially the sunsets. Everything was clean. The HUGE drawback, that was enough to disrupt our whole vacation, is the ongoing lawsuit about the beach access! That was miserable. We absolutely should have been notified upon booking of the situation and been given the choice of canceling and booking elsewhere. We did not get notice till 3 weeks before. Our group was hassled regularly all week. (Our grandkids watched the adults disregard authority! what a horrible lesson for them!) We were told we could take an alternate route (over a large hill with more than 100 steps!) or drive to other beaches (where you pay to park). We booked here because of easy beach access! The beach is great so IF the lawsuit is settled and you are allowed to access the beach, we would recommend the place. Until it is done, we do not. We are still upset at the frustrations of our multigenerational family vacation.

Would definitely stay here again!

Between the location, the sunsets, and the house itself, this rental is a no-brainer. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed playing on the shuffleboard. The beds were comfortable. There is enough seating for everyone inside and outside. Our only feedback was to put a keyless lock on then front door instead of keys, as every time one of us left, we were leaving others in the house without a key. Also, the room with the twin beds was hotter than others so putting an extra fan in there would be a good thing. We also wish we knew getting to the beach was an uphill walk (too hard for my parents in their 70s) or a 20 min+ drive. Otherwise, the host was always responsive and we loved the house. It was also really nice to have access to kayaks and paddle boards.
