Wow This property has everything to offer the holiday maker with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great open plan for entertaining and don't forget the outdoor area with a fire pit is just perfect to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.

The property is located just a short walk from the Inlet beach, where you can have a lovely evening stroll or walk the dog. The expansive home with lovely decor throughout also offers a wood fire for the chilly evenings, a reverse cycle for the summer evenings and hydronic heaters in each individual bedroom.

The home oozes comfort style and ambiance, what else can you ask for? Oh Yes it is Dog Friendly, so the whole family can enjoy an Inverloch experience.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.

Really good place
The house was wonderful, better than we expected. Close to the beach and well appointed. Only issue was we could have done with a vacuum cleaner left out for sand, etc. that we couldn't help but bring in. Will stay again.

A Wonderful Getaway
We absolutely loved our time at Sanctuary on Bayview. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes into town. The flat paths were perfect for our young children to ride. We'd definitely stay again!

Spacious and Comfortable
Plenty of room for 8 adults, great facilities throughout. Walking distance to shops and beach which was lovely. Only negative was it needed a deep clean (furniture moved) as we moved the single beds and there was heaps of rubbish under one of them.

Inverloch family holiday
Have stayed here 2 years now and have booked next year. It is our fav house, place and beach. Very secure yard for dogs, comfortable, stylish, has everything we need. We just love it

Fantastic home is a great location
We really enjoyed our stay, this home has great facilities with everything you need to cook, be entertained and relax in comfort. It’s a short, easy stroll to Andersons Inlet which is a family friendly beach. One star off perfect due to property advert stating King bed in master and it is a Queen, we organised to bring king sheets and they were too big, the queen sheets fit perfectly. Not a deal breaker for us and we’d definitely stay here again. Agent has been easy to deal with. Thanks!

Family Easter Break . April 2023.
The location of this property was great, however there needs to be a thorough clean of the bedrooms and bedding. We had our own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets etc.. However the doonas themselves had a horrible musty smell.. The pillows were no better and were awful to sleep on. Bedroom 2 in particular had a horrible smell to it, and I needed to purchase room sprays to mask the smell. The cushions in the main living area could also do with a wash as the covers are dirty and marked. That being said everything else was ok with the house.

This house was by far one of the nicest we have stayed in over the Easter period. It not only slept 8people but catered for 8 people with seating crockery cutlery ect. Would definitely stay again

We stayed at the property for 3 nights for my parents 70th celebration. The house was roomy and the entertainment area was amazing. It had every thing we needed supplied. And the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this property!!

We had a terrific time at this property for our short winter getaway. With a 4 and 6 year old we were very well accommodated, with all of the gadgets you’d hope for and the kids loved the wood heater. Lovely modern home with a big, gorgeous kitchen and plenty of room for our group of friends to have a weekend away. Weather was very cold but the house was beautifully warm. Short walk to the water and pleasant stroll into town. Having to bring our own linen was a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker.

We had a terrific time at this property. We were very well accommodated, with all of the gadgets you’d hope for. It was a great location - easy access to the beach and the shopping centre. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Our only suggestion is to consider the inclusion of a better coffee machine - the taste of the pods for the machine there was not pleasant.
