LOCATION – The Shock Hill neighborhood is just a 3-minute walk to the Gondola Mid Station. Guests can take a short ride to the lifts at Peak 7 & 8 or ride it to town. For the Nordic skiers in the group, cross-country ski trails abound in this fabulous location.

AMENITIES – There is no lack of living space and privacy in this multi-level property. When it is time to rest, guests will find luxurious comfort in the two master king suites, two king bedrooms and bunk bedroom. The main level boasts a spacious entertaining area including a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, a Sonos audio system throughout and a gourmet kitchen that features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, three sinks and a butler’s pantry. While the adults are enjoying after dinner conversation, the kids can head upstairs to relax in the theater seats to watch a movie or play games in the media room. At the end of the night, everyone will want to gather on the patio around the fire pit or soak in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking surrounding views.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Great Family Vacation Home

Our family had a wonderful at the Hatari House for our ski vacation. The house is an easy walk to the Gondola pickup to get up to the ski slopes or take into town. The hot tub, theatre, and pool table were great fun activities after a long fun day on the slopes. The house was truly great and the description of home is very accurate. Oh, and the Management team were very attentive and helpful!

Relaxing and fun stay in this incredible property!

We had a blast seeing and catching up with close friends we haven’t seen in a a while due to military moves. Amenities were comfortable and allowed for good relaxation, lots of laughs, fresh air, and several home cooked meals. Minor things to note - kitchen could use at least one bigger pot (for corn , potatoes, etc); a few things needed some minor maintenance and we passed those on to the team; and due to a couple of scheduling mix ups, we had a few unexpected guests stop by - landscapers and appliance repair; however, property manager was very responsive. We love the home and the location! We will be back!

The house is a luxurious blend of comfort and elegance, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The plush stuffed animals scattered throughout the house added a charming touch of whimsy, loved by adults and kids alike. The home has a very comfy home theater, perfect for family movie nights.The well-appointed kitchen made meals easy and enjoyable. Reliable Wi-Fi kept us connected, and the bathrooms were like personal spas - the ultimate luxury after a day of mountain adventures. We especially loved unwinding in the outdoor hot tub under the Colorado stars.But what truly sets this place apart is its location. It's so close to the gondola, which meant quick, easy access to the best of Breckenridge. We could walk the trails, visit the top of the mountain in the Gondola, or go mountain biking right from the top of the lodge. I highly recommend this location to be able to do any adventure. This property is a perfect retreat, regardless of the season. It's more than just a house; it's an experience. And it's one we can't recommend enough. We're already dreaming of our next visit!

It’s our 3rd year staying at this property and it was a great stay again. Unfortunately the price keeps goin up and we may be priced out of staying next year. But I can’t complain at all about the house. It’s perfect for our group. Only disappointment is that we may not be able to afford it anymore.

Amazing Home!

She laid down for what we thought was a rest. Turns out, she was giving birth. We saw baby's first steps! It was incredible. Service was amazing. We work remotely and the wifi was a slow, but management fixed it for us quickly. We were seriously discussing trying to stay another week! We will be back.

Fantastic Getaway

We loved the theater room and the hot tub. Location is great—private trails accessible from the backyard that to public hiking trails, as well as walking distance to the gondola. We even walked to Main Street a few times. We originally booked the property before COVID, and the management company went out of their way to accommodate our multiple rescheduling attempts. They were responsive and flexible over the year+ we had to keep rebooking. My only (minor) complaint would be that we would have appreciated a few more pantry items available, like olive oil.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Hatari Lodge. The home is beautifully appointed and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The game room was fantastic for our teenagers -- we had great ping pong tournaments and movie nights. We cooked dinner every night and there were plenty of pans and dishes to use for that. The only complaint is that there was no tupperware to be used for leftover food storage. That would have been helpful. Also, be careful walking in the garage and on the driveway in ski boots. We had a couple spills on our way to the gondola.

Hot water and electrical issues.

We had very little hot water the week that we stayed. Property management was good about checking on it a couple times but couldn’t do anything to fix it because of the type of hot water system (broilers) and the owner had a service contract with a particular company that couldn’t get there to fix it for a week. Also had electrical issues which was resolved after 2-3 days by management.

Hitari Lodge in the Shock Hill community at Peak 7-8 is an awesome, incredible MEGA home. We were a party of 11 adults on out annual BIG mountain ski trip. Beautiful home - amazing location - great for group trips

We had a great experience. Spacious home with super easy access to the slopes (4min walk to gondola that takes you right to where you want to be!). Everything was comfortable, clean and in working order. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect house!

Perfect house for our annual couples vacation! Because the house was so great we ended up spending most of our time there cooking, eating, drinking, playing games and socializing. Perfectly suited for large family or group. Close to town . Bedrooms spread out so everyone has their private space but plenty of room for hanging out together.
