Spacious, private and surrounded by trees, this gorgeous holiday home is located in a bushland setting close to the beach. Simply wander out the back and follow the bush track to the surf beach, literally 200 metres away.
The home offers all the modern conveniences yet it maintains a rustic, beachy feel. Clean and comfortable - the whole family will love their holiday here.
Living and sleeping areas are located upstairs with a rumpus/TV room plus an extra bedroom downstairs.

- Playstation
- two bathrooms
- two spacious decks
- dishwasher
- gas BBQ
- in ground, heatedpool
- tropical landscaped gardens
- pets welcome (outdoors only please) yard fully fenced
Sleeps ten in one x king bed, one x queen size bed, two x sets of bunks and two x single beds.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.
Please note: The Green House is located in a quiet and relaxing residential area. This house is restricted to a maximum of 8 adults with a strictly no parties or functions policy.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.
