A completly restored old barn turned into a fully equipped small villa, with a private garden and swimming pool at the exclusive use of the guests.
A large master bedroom, a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, outdoor porch with barbacue, make this location perfect both for a family or a couple.
At a short distance from the near by village of Pergine Valdarno, it s the perfect location to visit Chianti, Firenze, Siena, Arezzo and all other tuscan attractions.
The old barn is sorrounded by olive trees and a nice garden with a swimming pool with a wondeful view over the tuscan country side.
You can have your lunch and dinners in the outdoor porch, read a book or drink a glass of wine under the olive tree in front of the house or enjoy the sunset over the tuscany hills form the swimming pool area.
The swimming pool opening is guaranteed from the 1st of May until the 1st of October.
