This house is located on Moriches bay.
It has views of water all around. It has a barbecue grill on the huge deck overlooking the water. It is a short walking distance to the beach and park. There are plenty of excellent restaurants around its only seven miles to westhampton and sixty five miles to manhattan. It takes one hour and thirty minutes to go to Manhattan by LIRR. It is 1.5 mile to shopping on Main Street and ten miles to Tanger designer outlets.

This is a very clean and spectacular and it looks like a New house. It’s on the moriches bay. 5 people can sleep there. Heating and air conditioning is only six months old.
4 cars can park on the driveway It’s close to very good restaurants, grocery store, mall, etc. jitney bus from manorville to Manhattan is close by.
