Ample boat parking shared with unit 1.
Enjoy the magnificent ocean and river views from the verandah of this fully fenced complex.
Fully fenced yard shared with unit 1 with gates that need to be closed during the day and will be locked during each night for added security. Perfect for boat security at night.
There are fish cleaning and freezer facilities, a Bbq area and laundry which are shared by both units.
No smoking permitted. No pets allowed.
Unit 2 Sleeps 5 - Bedroom 1 has queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds.
Guest will need to bring their own linen: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
