Looking for a place to stay that enjoys fabulous views, is close to beaches and has plenty of space for your family group? Look no further than Lylia! This five-bedroom, two bathroom house is perfect for a coastal getaway with extended family. With uninterrupted views of Lake Coila and the ocean beyond, you'll be able to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
The house comfortably sleeps 11 and is ideal for a beach holiday. With spacious living areas over two levels, you'll have plenty of room to spread out. And you can fall asleep to the soft breeze and sound of the waves crashing close by. Plus, it's handy to the golf club and just a short drive or cycle to the beaches and great fishing spots of Tuross Head. Off-street parking is available, but please note that the driveway is steep. All bed linens and bath towels are supplied.
The Space:
On the entry level the home has a full-length verandah with stunning views of the water. The spacious open plan kitchen, dining & living areas flow out onto the verandah, making it the perfect place to relax, enjoy the outdoors and enjoy a bbq meal. A small childrens playroom & bathroom are also located on this level.
Downstairs are five bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry with washing machine and heated towel rack. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and boast water views. The master bedroom has direct access to a verandah overlooking the backyard, which is perfect for kids to play in while the parents watch from above. Bedroom 4 has two single beds & Bedroom 5 has a single bed plus one set of single bunk beds.
Guest Access:
Check in from 2pm - Check out by 10am
Option 1: "Meet us there"
Jay and/or Lyne will be waiting to meet you on arrival and provide a brief tour of the house, its features, and answer any questions you may have about the property or Tuross Head in general. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions you may have about your stay.
Option 2: "Self Check-In"
If you prefer to or are arriving late, self check-in is available by way of the keysafe. We will let you know the code a few days prior to check in. This option is great for those who like many enjoy a few stops along the way.

Looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life? Look no further than Tuross Head. With two lakes and beautiful beaches nearby, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and cycling all year round. This is sure to become a favourite spot for couples and families alike.
Other Things to Note:
Please note; the block & driveway slopes down from the road & the back garden is fenced & gated. The driveway may not be suitable for all vehicles/trailers
• Non Smoking – No Party Policy – No Large Group Bookings – No Pets Please.
• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.
• Booking fee $125 – Maximum 11 Guests.
• Refundable guest bond $500 is payable - details below.
• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.
HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION LICENCE AGREEMENT - upon booking confirmation you will receive an email containing a link to accept the terms of the Holiday Accommodation Licence Agreement. This document must be completed or the booking will cancel. Valid Australian ID is required.
REFUNDABLE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 is payable.
•For bookings of 5 nights or less the deposit will be by way of card 'pre-authorisation' hold.
•For bookings of 6 nights or more the deposit is payable by way of Electronic Funds Transfer to our Real Estate Trust Account.
Security deposits will be refunded/released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages or losses.
• Please note, some 3rd party booking sites do handle security deposits on guests behalf - please let us know if you have any questions at all.
