This lovely third floor condominium has three bedrooms (2 rooms and a large loft), three full bathrooms, a living room/dining room area with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and a fully equipped kitchen. The complex is quiet and family oriented. My condo is best suited for a mixture of adults and children, and no more than 8 adults.
The living room has a full size sleeper sofa, two comfortable LaZBoy chairs, three ottomans, a gas fireplace and a television with a Blu-Ray. The large balcony has a BBQ grill, two chairs and a small table. From the front windows and balcony you can see Buffalo Mountain and the adjoining forest. From the smaller back balcony there is a beautiful vista which includes Lake Dillon and the Keystone range, glorious at any time of day, but especially breathtaking at sunset!
On the main floor are two bedrooms. The bedroom with the balcony has a very comfortable queen-sized bed, and a full size bathroom. Across the hall, the second bedroom includes a single twin bed and a bunk bed with top and bottom twin-size beds. The lower bunk has a new, very comfortable mattress and the upper has double bunk bed mattresses for extra comfort. This room also has a TV which is connected to cable service and a Blu-Ray player. Down the hall is a second full bathroom.
Upstairs in the spacious open loft bedroom is another queen bed, two bedside dressers, a super comfortable arm chair and lamp for some quiet reading. Also upstairs is the third full bathroom. The upstairs closet is HUGE! Inside this closet you'll find a portable Dyson vacuum cleaner, should you have need for one. The closet also houses two twin-sized, simple to use, blow-up mattresses.
All closets include plenty of hangers, extra blankets and extra pillows. There are plenty of pillows to be found throughout this condo, so we're pretty sure you'll find one (or two or three) that suit you. There are two hallway closets for your use downstairs. The linin closet holds the bedding for the sleeper sofa.
We like to cook and bake so the kitchen is very well supplied. It has all the standard equipment you'd expect to find: four burner electric stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, large microwave, dishwasher, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, pots & pans, and plenty of dishes and silverware. You'll also find a hand mixer, a small food processor/blender, a juicer, cake pans, a muffin tin and cookie sheets, cutting boards, many sharp knives, casserole dishes and serving dishes and lots of smaller cooking and baking equipment-measuring cups and spoons, spatulas, cheese grater, etc. So you can plan to prepare Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner at the condo, or just a BBQ meal for after a great day on the slopes.
Summer is a wonderful time to be at this condo. If you like to hike or just go for an after dinner walk, there are trails nearby. Wildflowers are abundant and so far we've seen two foxes, and lots of birds, squirrels and THREE MOOSE. At the end of our parking lot is a covered bus stop for the free county bus service which you can use to get to one of the seven nearby ski areas or to the many stops in Frisco, Silverthorne or Dillon. The buses are equipped to carry skis, snowboards and bicycles so you can get to the slopes or the bike path which runs through Dillon and Frisco without driving.
We also have a beautiful clubhouse which has a large heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, a racquet ball court, an outside tennis court, a foosball table, and a ping pong and pool table. There is also a meeting room, and laundry facilities.
We looked at about 15 condos and townhouses before we came to this one and it just took our breath away. It offers so much more than any other place we saw. Our goal is to anticipate and provide for your wants and needs with the hope that you'll enjoy your stay in our condo as much as we do.
You may have seen on the news about a forest fire in Silverthorne, CO. It started on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2018 and was completely out in a few days. It was very near to the Timber Ridge complex and my condo but didn't destroy any buildings, thanks to the fire break next to the buildings and fantastic work by firefighters. Your group won't be inconvenienced as a result of the fire. Hiking trails in the burn area are open and kind of fascinating to hike through.
Parking is open. Your maximum approved parking is three spaces.
