The beautiful Crescent Ridge Three bedrooms three bathrooms Gold rated condominium is a short distance to the Park City Mountain Resort and the cross country ski trail. Crescent Ridge 108 is located in a quiet, tree-lined area of Park City near the Three Kings area. Crescent Ridge 108 features a full kitchen with dining area, living room and three full bedrooms. The first bedroom offers 1 king bed, second bedroom offers 1 queen bed, third bedroom offers a Captains bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. There are three full bathrooms, two sofa beds in the living room and wireless internet access in the condo. There's also a private washer and dryer. *Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental private hot tub activation fee is $35 per day plus tax. Advanced notice of 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation is required. Crescent Ridge does not offer a community pool or community hot tub access, however Crescent Ridge 108 offers a private hot tub. This comfortable property is great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your vacation memorable and thinking of your next return visit.
~Crescent Ridge guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental.
~Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to purchase this service.
~Park City's free city-wide bus system is easily accessible from the Crescent Ridge Condominiums.

Roomy property

We had 3 adult couples, a 3 year old and a one year old. There was plenty of space for sleeping, lounging and dining. Nice property overall.

Great Location

This is a spacious condo and just a minute walk from the ski hill. You can strap on your skis and ski down to the Eagle Lift or First Timer to access the rest of the mountain.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great week in Park City! The weather was fantastic - lots of snow! Our condo was great for our needs. Very close to the slopes, but somewhat difficult for our 7-year-old to carry his skis after a day on the slopes. The hot tub was wonderful too! Our host was very responsive to our needs and requests. We didn’t rent a car, and we had no problems. We used the public transit and Uber’ed for dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful condo! Thank you so much!!!

Awful condo

There was a leak from the roof which we immediately reported. The leak persisted. The floor of one of the bedrooms got soaked and started to smell. The manger had blowers put in but never had snow removed from the roof. So the leak persisted. It then started to smell and the bedroom was rendered useless. Manager refused to offer any refund. Really ruined the ability to use the unit. Also the hot tub cover did not fully open as it was blocked by snow. So all in all this was a really terrible rental. I would never go through Cooper Wynn again. Simply awful.

Great ski spot for a group

Our group of 9 had a great time staying at this condo. Easy walk over to the mountain to ski out and ski in. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Park City.

Great location that needs a good cleaning

The condo was essentially a ski in and ski out with just a short 2 minute walk to the end of the road which meets the mountain. There is tons of sleeping room and space for large groups and the hot tub is a plus although it was a little run down. The whole condo needs a good cleaning however. The fans and decor are extremely dusty, cobwebs are abundant and you get the sense it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. There was also bottles and cans by the hot tub left from previous guests that we cleaned up ourselves. Otherwise we had a great time here and would probably come back.

Property layout was comfortable for a large group. Carrying things up 3 flights of stairs got old.

Great space, tight garage and drive with a large vehicle. The ski storage area could use some refreshing. Washer and dryers didn’t work to well. Garage door opener was not operating. Apartment itself had everything you need for a good trip. Location allows you to avoid the lodge if you like.
