The bedding in Park Avenue 314 offers 1 queen bed in the first bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. NOTE: Bronze rated units are clean and functional, however, very dated in decor. Park Avenue 314 is close to the pool area, the bus stop and the local market. Other amenities include complimentary WI-FI, carport parking, changing facilities with showers, common area hot tub, laundry room, outdoor heated pool and sauna.
