Climb the grand staircase to the spacious balcony, where ocean glimpses and the scent of salty air create the perfect holiday atmosphere. The outdoor lounge and gas BBQ make it an ideal spot for alfresco dining.

Step inside to find a light-filled open-plan living area, complete with plush sofas, a large TV with Fetch TV, and stylish décor reflecting Mediterranean charm. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, electric oven, and breakfast bar with seating, perfect for preparing meals with ease. A second lounge upstairs provides a peaceful retreat, flowing onto another balcony where Geographe Bay shimmers in the distance

The bedrooms are designed for restful nights, with the primary king bedroom offering a front-row seat to breathtaking sunrises and a private ensuite with dual vanities. Downstairs, a queen bedroom, a twin room, and a spacious bunk room provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The main bathroom, complete with a deep bathtub and separate shower, is a sanctuary of its own.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $253. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
